• quit med school. i did enjoy learning the theoreticals to some extent (except anatomy omfg), but the workload was personally too much and i really didn't see myself becoming a doctor. this was something i actually knew for a while, but i really wanted to fulfill expectations. i should've been honest earlier.
• tried an escape room for the first time. went for a difficult one with the college gang and we loved the experience. my years of mystery binging paid off because i managed to solve a few puzzles
• visited ocean park again after years. i still loved the aquarium sections the most and nerded out about them more than i did when i was younger. unfortunately the information displays there were down :( a diver in the background photobombed a photo of me and my bf but it was cute. i think i would like to work as a diver or mermaid there one day.
• got a kindle. reading on my ipad keeps giving me migraines now and i can't afford buying physical books too often. it's been a gamechanger wow
