  • dinner: romaine salad (kale, zoodles, blueberries, cashews, pineapple/mango salsa, black chia seeds, apple cider vinegar, olive oil)

  • breakfast: green smoothie (kale, pineapple, medjool, blueberries, cashew milk)
  • lunch: home remedy salad (romaine, greens, mushroom, tomato, beets, cucumber, rainbow carrot, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pineapple) + green smoothie (banana, spinach, pineapple, coconut, ginger)
