- Can only people with prior musical experience join?
- No. We need both musicians and volunteers. They also go through two different applications (ie. musicians audition and volunteers sign up to be part of a department)
- Are there interview for new members/musicians?
- No. You just have to fill out our application form and we will get back to you. However, musicians need to submit an audition.
- What do members do? Do members have to perform?
- Bel Canto members are part of departments. Tasks can vary from department to department (ie. planning in events, making posts in marketing, etc). It is optional to join the ensemble or perform by yourself.
- Is MMH Bel Canto’s only event during the year?
- MMH is Bel Canto’s only major event. We have performed over spring break at senior centres as well.
