• Detox from Capitalism. Don't buy anything you don't need. Don't measure your worth by your productivity. Create > consume.
  • Put yourself first. Choose peace and tranquility.
  • Take care of your body (forest walks, yoga, strengh training) and mind (forest walks again, meditation). Breathwork/Pranayama.
  • Establish a few guidelines and routines. Like scheduled times at the studio and the gym. Regular yoga and choir practice, regular therapy sessions.
  • Don't overbook yourself. Prioritize rest.
