- Returning home from Morocco. Back to rules, shopping for fixed prices and cold weather. Marrakech was amazing and yet it can be quickly too much if you're not used to it.
- Having my car back, going for a movie and pizza with friends.
- I seem to have some kind of magnetic people powers at the moment. One example: On Sunday a small woman came up to me in a bar while I was waiting for the bartender to pay attention to me. She chatted me up and talked to me as if she knew me for years - told me about her dead baby, her divorce, stuff like that. And then she bought my drink, just because.
- Spending two days with Frank. Lying around in bed a lot, going out for elaborate breakfast at Beethovenplatz, buying him a new jacket (first store and the first thing he tried fit perfectly; handsome bastard), making Kaspressknödel, watching The Leftovers and Mad Men. Seeing a Bob Log III show. Getting used to each other again.
- The LUTZ concert at Schwarzer Hahn with Kathi - catching up, telling stories.
- Spending the evening with a gentleman (a scorpio!) on the TU rooftop. Watching the sunset over Munich. Drinking a lot of wine, having strawberries and cheese crackers. Making out in the elevator.
- I just realised that I weigh 20kg less than two years ago. Ha. I like this trend.
- Take the fear out of it.
- Naming a pair of sunglasses Hey Macarena - how awesome is that? #90schildhood
- Fleamarket. A new Japanese dress and a really cute plant. Running sushi.
- Cooking Indian food (Vindaloo, Nan bread and mango lassi) and playing board games with a bunch of nerds & friends.
- A fun night out at Backstage even though it ended in a hell lot of drama. Why do I fall for assholes that much? / Being consoled by a genuinely nice person. Feeling wanted. Being happily drunk without the usual drawbacks.
- Lemon cheesecake frappé in the sunshine with Lexi.
- If I'm honest: I miss being a student. Teaching is nice but I might have to do something about that. My supervisor honestly thinks that I'm overqualified for my job. How many more hints and pushes do I need?
- Phone talks with Elsa and Franzi. And, uhm, Fabi.
- My pupils made delicious crêpes. And I think I boosted Lukas's self-confidence through the roof by telling him he was the most intelligent person in his class.
- Dancing. To 90s music. Without even being drunk.
- Indian cooking, again. This time with Frank and Fabi. We made Beef Vindaloo and Indian coconut curry. Mango lassi and berry tiramisu, too. Afterwards: a lot of gin tonic and Böhmisch Wattn until 4am. I won 3 times out of 4!
- A dramafree Sunday. Watching Game of Thrones . Leaving early, coffee in the sunshine at Café Jasmin. Antipasti kebab. Giving someone my parking space.
- Driving in the sun and seeing your own face reflected on the inside of your sunglasses. Tiny eyeshadow sparkles! I'm Edward Cullen!
- Climbing a steep hill in Eichstätt. Crêpes with marzipan and poppy seeds, spritz in the evening sun. Walking along the Altmühl, seeing the historic graveyard. Making 2nd place at the pub quiz.
- Homemade pizza. Strawberries and cream.
- A pizza picnic with homemade pesto and gummy candy at the Isar.
- Planning a trip to London/Canterbury/Cornwall. Booking tickets for The Correspondents .
- Lying in Frank's lap for the length of a Game of Thrones episode. Having my hair caressed like a cat. Purr!
- Kohlrabi, potatoes and fish fingers. Perfect lunch.
- One of my little pupils started acting like a brain-dead zombie the day before. Convincingly! I had an excellent laugh. Sometimes they can be really cute.
- And I'm still flirting with that scorpio from earlier that month. I'm intrigued.
