  • Standing under a vibrant double rainbow during our MMB opening ceremony.
  • Cosmo Sheldrake's Cuckoo Song (and, yes, STILL: Westbound and Down). Attack of the Tui.
  • Martin hugging me for a long time after the Effigy Burn. Leaning in for a second hug, telling me that he's so excited to see what's behind my facade. I promised him to keep a window open if he becomes curious to investigate.
  • Going shopping with Gregor. Talking about everything while buying pantyhose, toothbrushes and coconut oil. Buying a very cheap speed trap for kids (with light and sound - just for the fun of it).
  • A cloudy Playspace-session with C. / an interesting sound-mixing workshop in Nella's chill-out area.
  • Space Girl pearls in my face. And teardrop-shaped bindis.
  • Organising Wetten Dass...? with C. He was such a fantastic host in his Goldilocks wig and the golden suit. I wore a black sequin jumpsuit AND I offered my car for an egg slalom bet. The guests were hilarious (Lukas as Rudolph Mooshammer, Jazz and Herzbert as Diva Chaos and her bodyguard). Someone unexpectedly playing "Kiss Me" on the guitar during the Almost Kissing bet. The "Disco" necklace C. received as a gift after the show.
  • Compliments for my dry humour, quick wit and eloquence.
  • A very tasty virgin cocktail with passion fruit juice and vanilla sirup. Trays full of oven-warm cake being passed around.
  • Blissful moments in bed with C. Cuddles. Laughs (like when he said OW after I pretended to hit him in the face - couldn't have been more hilarious). Bike tours with L. Taking selfies with my instant camera. Turning an extra cute photo of me and C. into a bookmark - glueing it on and OSHO Zen tarot card (The Creator = C.) and adding the date of the day we met and the day the picture was taken. I never knew I could be so sentimental.
  • A voice message from C. telling me he realized he's afraid of losing me and loves me very very much.
  • Picking sweet, aromatic strawberries from my balcony! And a whole bee hive buzzing around in the bush outside along with quite a few huge rose chafers.
  • A special serotonin cocktail running through my veins, happily doing chores at home. Trying to trigger little dopamine responses by accomplishing little tasks.
  • Sunshine-yellow envelopes with stickers of sea creatures, filled with instant camera photos from my birthday picknick and a postcard with sweet words (for Frank and Manu).
  • My old leopard print dress from C&A is perfect for summer. I don't need a bra, it's long enough and the fabric is lovely.
  • Feeling happy. Grateful. Loved. And a little sorry for myself because for so many years I didn't know this was possible.
  • The life-changing magic of tidying up. I love a clear, organized space. I can finally see my desk again!
  • Reaching some kind of happy flow state during collage-making for my journals.
  • Kathi's garden party decom. I made a strawberry cake. Frank served homemade ice-cream at midnight. I had a relaxed talk with Mephy, gave Ben an owl tattoo and walked barefoot a lot. Girl talk with Jana. Kathi's stories. Clothes swap.
  • My new black and white summer jumpsuit. So nice to wear. Loose and lightweight. C. said I looked like a Roman goddess with my golden bangles and the glitter thread braided into my hair. Or: "straight out of a Gucci ad".
  • Going swimming in Glonn. Luring C. into the cold water. Feeling weightless.
  • A long, spontaneous bike tour after dinner. We only wanted to look for a carved wooden sign C. had discovered with his best friend in the forest a few years ago. But then we took a long detour and came back right before dark. We saw lots of deer and cats out in the fields. It was beautiful. I love these long summer nights... Summer Solstice is near!
  • Planting a colourful flowerbed in the corner of the garden. And tomato plants. My first visitors: two large hummingbird hawk-moths!
  • Homemade Kaspressknödel.
  • High energy days.
  • The smell of C.'s skin. Waking up next to him in the morning. Making fun of each other and fighting in a loving way. Laughing together. Making plans. Passion projects.
  • Another late bike tour with a swim in beautiful Steinsee. Then we had dumplings with a view in Falkenberg. I had to tow C. uphill for the last bit because his battery had died.
  • My first house viewing. Manifesting this! On it!
  • Flea market conversations and lots of treasures.
  • An e-mail from Emily Hunt who's teaching the masterclass on Occult Art I'm going to attend in Berlin soon. Learning more about her art.
  • Browsing through The Top Shelf archives.
  • Painting over a canvas I didn't really like. Experimenting with oil paint.
  • Lying on the balcony naked. Reading, eating breakfast. Watching a tiny mouse climb over the balustrade.
  • Walking through the quiet city with C. and Ansgar. Having a drink outside a Greek restaurant. A handshake from the owner.
  • I wrapped some wire fairy lights around my wooden trellis and it happens to look really magical at night!
  • Seeing Sash and Lena! Showing them photos of the house I'm interested in.
  • Lena's homemade zucchini-mint dip.
  • Lila, the friendly chonky cat at Höllbachhof.
  • Frederic said I had a special voice. Besonders - the German word has a nice ring to it.
  • Doing a family constellation for my self and my inner child. Interesting outcome: apparently there was external energy causing me to build all these protective layers around my essence! ("Panic!")
  • Sinking my whole face into smooth cat fur. I love the smell so much. There's nothing more soothing. Seeing the sunlight reflected on the fur out of the corner of my eyes, out of focus, soft and blurry. Lila was purring, too! I love her so much I'm tempted to kidnap her.
  • Elisabeth's delicious food and original recipe ideas. Polenta pizza. Millet porridge for breakfast (I just found out another word for millet is "panic"!) Quiche with wild herbs and homemade bread and goat cheese.
  • The smell of Lila's toe beans.
  • My personal family constellation. Seeing C. move in my field, all the opportunities I have.
  • Baby steps. Not having to feel guilty for taking a break.
  • All the lovely support people are very willing and happy to give!
  • Jumping into the muddy creek together after our integration dance during a thunderstorm. Naked and free. Playful. Taking a shower, fresh and clean. Bringing a very soft blanket to the dance floor afterwards.
  • Giving Nana a ride home. Talking about our families, astrology, and everything else. We happened to drive through Landshut, the city where I grew up. What a fitting way to end this seminar.
  • Coming home. A passionate reunion. Feeling connected.
  • How lovingly C. took care of me when I was really sick. He even made soup from scratch! I returned the favour when he got sick two days later and bought him salty snacks, cola and cookies.
