  • BOSTON : this song is pretty : ) i thought it would be something like we the kings , but when i heard the tinkly piano and the amazing male voice and llistened to the lyrics , i knew it was something different . [ obviously ... ] the words are just amazing . it`s like , the one thing you should listen when you feel down : ) remember what i said about you being able to tell when i feel down just by a song i recommend ? well , i hope you`re okay * hugs * do you know how to play this on the piano ?
  • HELD : i like her voice . it`s very gentle yet insanely powerful . the accompaniment of this song is just amazing , and the lyrics are very thought - provoking . like something you should listen to on a rainy day when you feel blue . yet at the same time , it`s very inspiring .
  • THE SALTWATER ROOM : you know , the first time i heard this song was on kanisha`s past xanga site . ( random fact , yes . ) i love the guitar intro , it`s so calming . it makes me think of the beach at night , where it`s not that windy but you can feel the cool air on your face and hear the waves crash over one another and just want to run around : ) " when we`re apart , whatever are you thinking of ? " AW < 3 and the girl`s voice goes so well with his . bravo , bravo , bravo .
  • NEVER ALONE : oooooh , more piano & pretty voices ! : D i like their songs . their harmony / blending / voicing is very good , and i love how it seems like their words seem to echo in your head as they sing it < 3 " you`re here , and i`m never alone . " this goes well with what my religion told me before - even though it may seem like God is ' asleep ' , He isn`t . He just wants you to figure this out for yourself ; )
  • FIDELITY : regina spektor , wooooot . her music is so cute , i love it : ) she`s just wonderful . i like how she can like ... i don`t know how to put it into words - that " ah ah ah ah - ah ah ah " part ? i think it`s amazing how she can do those parts so well . AND THE PIANO . it`s like , staccato staccato staccato < 3 LOVE .
  • HEADLOCK : WHOA , what an into . it`s tinkly sythesizer ! cooooool . i like how her voice blends with the instrument . she`s so talented , the way she can quickly change from singing high notes to low notes . it`s a wonderful talent . i like how the only " realy " ( ? ) instrument are the drums , and the rest is her singing along side with the synthesizer . art : )
  • MAY IT BE : wonderful voice , and strings accompaniment : ) it`s amazing how her voice alone could be the music i`m listening to , how it can already set the mood perfectly . the violins are spectacular , don`t get me wrong , but her voice is just so intense , so powerful .
  • A DANCE `ROUND THE MEMORY TREE : PIANOOOOOOO : ) oh my gosh , his VOICE . oh my goooooosh , angelyn , i would die for voices like this : D : D : D YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY . anyway , back to more serious things - like this song . a lot . when i hear voices like this , they`re usually accompanied with indie - ish instruments , like banjos or strangely turned guitars or percussion stuff . but this is voilin & piano , yet the combination is BRILLIANT . just BRILLIANT .
  • THIS IS HOME : i remember my sister is so in love with this song when the 2nd narnia movie first came out . at that time , i thought it was just OKAY , since she was so obsessed about this . it was like , CHILL , YOU LOVE IT . FINE . but now this song is like ... a wonderful mix of guitar and piano and great revelations : ) " yeah , this is home , now i`m finally where i belong . "
  • HOLY SPIRIT , HAVE YOUR WAY : hooray for Christian contemporary ! : D i like the piano and his voice . " what a joy it is to give my life away to you . " yes yes yes , very true . i can`t agree more : ) my favorite part of the song is towards the end , when something like a choir sings the chorus with him . those things are total winners < 3
