• online apps
  • have always at hand a little notebook and write down immediately whatever comes into mind (so it's as if I deleted the thought and get rid of the worry, so I can focus on my reading)

  • write down cases I've seen (I often miss this practical knowledge - can't let this happen on my clinical years)
  • taking regular short breaks (from 10 to 25 minutes)
  • make notes of classes on a laptop (best. study tip. ever. it's SO much faster than writing down!)
  • test myself regularly through theme-related questions I find online, MedCurso etc
  • eat less and only when feeling hungry
  • combining several sources and creating my own material to last (I can use my external HD to save my notes)
  • create flashcards for exams! (they come in very handy, but are quite laborious)
  • actively review my study notes
  • creating mind maps
  • stay positive (give 'em hell cup)
