- online apps
- have always at hand a little notebook and write down immediately whatever comes into mind (so it's as if I deleted the thought and get rid of the worry, so I can focus on my reading)
- this
- write down cases I've seen (I often miss this practical knowledge - can't let this happen on my clinical years)
- taking regular short breaks (from 10 to 25 minutes)
- make notes of classes on a laptop (best. study tip. ever. it's SO much faster than writing down!)
- test myself regularly through theme-related questions I find online, MedCurso etc
- eat less and only when feeling hungry
- combining several sources and creating my own material to last (I can use my external HD to save my notes)
- create flashcards for exams! (they come in very handy, but are quite laborious)
- actively review my study notes
- creating mind maps
- stay positive (give 'em hell cup)
- I must try and prepare a study schedule let's see if it works
