- READ MORE! used to love reading. instead of spending the last hour before bed (once again) on social media, read. non fiction, fiction, graphic novels, manga, poetry, etc.

- learn to love photography again. shoot on phone. shoot on film. digital. instant.
- art in general. find creativity. draw. look at art. collage. anything.
