- with so many ppl on night owl schedules, if need time alone, learn to get up early
- can take advantage of the time to make a proper, healthy breakfast, a prepared lunch, workout, and get things done
- Train Everywhere
- to prepare for different environments, and to keep the brain stimulated, study for exams and midterms in various locations, in various temperatures, various lighting conditions, various seating arrangements.
