• Background : Her eyes were originally emerald green, but something happened when she's 4, she had a really high fever and started acting strange, and her eyes turned to crimson red. Her father said, this has something to do with a curse for Sakurada family many years ago. After that she kept being called "The Beast" by her neighbors, but her older sister and a friend named, Amano Hibiki, always reassured her and told her that she shouldn't be ashamed of those red eyes of hers because red is the color of bravery, and that means she can be a hero. She was raised under her mother's strict rules, any kind of mistakes will not be tolerated and Alice will receive many kinds of punishments. After her older sister's and Amano Hibiki's death, she was really depressed because she lost the reason for her to keep living, she kept blaming herself for their death and decided to end her life by cutting her left wrist with a palette knife, she then used her own blood to color the red ribbon her older sister always wears in the portrait of Iracebeth she drew by herself. Fortunately, her cousin found her lying unconscious not too long after she cut herself. To cover the scar she made on her left wrist, her cousin made her a watch. She never lets go of the watch till now, she doesn't want people to know about her dark past.
