I've decided to create some goals and rewards for myself. I'm starting this list at 339.4lb so there will not be any retroactive rewards.
🗹 330lb
- This is where I tend to give up and I am not doing that this time. I refuse to give up. This one is a big one for me. It will be 30lbs lost.
- Reward: New Bag! (Honestly, I already ordered it and I should be below 330lb by the time it gets here.)
- It took me about a week longer to get here than I thought it would but I did it!
🗹 315lb
- I am so close to being out of the 300s! This is my 25% goal. I want to reward myself with something that makes me feel good.
300lb
- I've been wanting a fitness tracker but I struggle to justify a $300+ purchase. I'd definitely have earned it by this goal. Also, I hope my wrists will be smaller by then.
270lb
- Out of the 300's and at 90lbs lost. I am halfway to my goal. Wow. What an achievement!
245lb
- 115lbs lost. Amazing!
- Reward: Lip blushing & eyelash (& eyebrow...?) tinting!
224lb
- My lowest adult weight. Can you believe it?
200lb
- 160lb lost. Did you just read that? Holy shit. We are really doing this. We're almost there.
180lb
- That's it. That's the goal. I can't believe I'm really there but I did it.
168lb
- I'm not sure if this is a goal but 168lb would make me no longer overweight. I'd be normal. I haven't been normal ever. I've always been overweight. Who even are you right now? Insane.
