I've decided to create some goals and rewards for myself. I'm starting this list at 339.4lb so there will not be any retroactive rewards.

330lb

  • This is where I tend to give up and I am not doing that this time. I refuse to give up. This one is a big one for me. It will be 30lbs lost.
    • Reward: New Bag! (Honestly, I already ordered it and I should be below 330lb by the time it gets here.)

315lb

  • I am so close to being out of the 300s. I want to reward myself with something that makes me feel good.
    • Reward: Haircut & Waxing!

300lb

  • I've been wanting a fitness tracker but I struggle to justify a $300+ purchase. I'd definitely have earned it by this goal. Also, I hope my wrists will be smaller by then.
    • Reward: Fitness tracker!

275lb

  • Out of the 300's and at 75lbs lost. Wow. What an achievement!
    • Reward: Facial!

260lb

  • 100lbs lost. That's a whole (small) person. Do you feel lighter? Do you look better? Of course you do!
    • Reward: Weekend away!

245lb

  • 115lbs lost. Amazing!
    • Reward: Bicycle!
