• try to sleep by 12am everyday
  • EXERCISE MORE - hiit workout minimum 2 times a week
  • continue project x volunteering again
  • don't leave assignments/studying to the last minute
  • TIME MANAGEMENT!!!!!
  • set time aside to study for jlpt n1 - 30 min everyday
  • be more active in spwm 2019
