- try to sleep by 12am everyday
- EXERCISE MORE - hiit workout minimum 2 times a week
- continue project x volunteering again
- don't leave assignments/studying to the last minute
- TIME MANAGEMENT!!!!!
- set time aside to study for jlpt n1 - 30 min everyday
- be more active in spwm 2019
