• Take multivitamin everyday
  • Eat healthy foods from now on

-no more fried foods -Only trace amounts of sweets (dark chocolate is OK) -Use the right serving size

  • Stop touching/tugging/popping trouble areas on face
  • Once a week do pore cleanse with boiling water and apply baking soda to face
  • Drink daily 8 glasses of water
  • Do some form of exercise at least 5 days a week
  • Attend yoga sessions; even if you have to go alone
  • When snacking, eat fruit, string cheese or nuts, nothing packaged and unhealthy
  • Drink green tea often
