- Take multivitamin everyday
- Eat healthy foods from now on
-no more fried foods -Only trace amounts of sweets (dark chocolate is OK) -Use the right serving size
- Stop touching/tugging/popping trouble areas on face
- Once a week do pore cleanse with boiling water and apply baking soda to face
- Drink daily 8 glasses of water
- Do some form of exercise at least 5 days a week
- Attend yoga sessions; even if you have to go alone
- When snacking, eat fruit, string cheese or nuts, nothing packaged and unhealthy
- Drink green tea often

- Apply vitamin A cream once a week
