    • 1st: Feeling more comfortable in who I am these days, it kind of took a long time to get here.
    • 2nd: Taking an interest in the project engineering.
    • 3rd: Getting back into reading It.
    • 4th: Hanging out the laundry.
    • 5th: Going out to the museum I wanted to go to - I'd been feeling kind of drained + I knew I'd feel better if I went out and did something I enjoyed
    • 6th: Another super long drive
    • 7th: Completing another book + enjoying reading so much this year.
    • 8th: Climbing under the fence to get onto the beach, because it was fun
    • 9th: Taking my board out today
    • 10th: Thinking about coursework (I'm not focused but oh well I'm trying)
    • 11th: Running about in the dunes like a kid
    • 15th: Contacting Paul, even though it made me anxious

    • 1st: Tidying the floor some
    • 2nd: Having a productive and joyful day + making the most of my time off work
    • 3rd: Having a good first day back at work
    • 4th: Getting up early to make lunch for a second day in a row
    • 5th: Meeting with David + finding some work for Joseph, Chris + I to do
    • 6th: Being helpful
    • 7th: Being proactive at work during and after our client meeting
    • 8th: Helping with DIY + moving the roses so hopefully they can get planted up + won't die while we're away
    • 9th: Going out and meeting new people
    • 10th: Making lunch in the morning
    • 11th: Being true to myself
    • 12th: Not just giving up, because I sure as hell felt like it
    • 13th: Feeling a bit more on track after yesterday
    • 14th: Being open to meeting new people
    • 15th: Making the best decision for my health at the end of the day
    • 16th: Just relaxing today, I feel like I needed it
    • 17th: Completing a few things - airing out my tent, applying for my postal vote and finishing two books
    • 22nd: Organising my lists
    • 23rd: Getting lots of great arm workouts in today
    • 24th: For focusing on all the Synchro lessons today - I feel like I've probably learned a lot
    • 25th: I don't know... showering... that's about as much as I accomplished today
    • 26th: Finally coming out at work - long overdue
    • 27th: Getting where I am in life compared to a couple years back
    • 28th: Pulling together some final bits for the report when I got home, even though I was tired + really didn't want to
    • 29th: Driving all the way to the Scottish highlands in one day
    • 30th: Buying a ticket to my first ever Pride

    • 8th: Communicating with a lot of different people at work
    • 9th: Having a positive attitude to studying
    • 10th: I don't know... having a great taste in music, I guess...
    • 11th: Coming up with some things for Joseph and I to work on today
    • 12th: Getting through another week
    • 13th: Sorting my socks
    • 14th: Putting laundry away
    • 15th: Going out and meeting people even though I was anxious
    • 16th: Getting a pay rise!
    • 17th: Ending the work day on a more positive note
    • 18th: Cleaning my face with micellar water like a functioning adult
    • 19th: Contacting Iva, which I've been procrastinating for ages
    • 20th: Going out, meeting people + not feeling like I screwed everything up entirely
    • 21st: Everything - I feel so accomplished today :)
    • 22nd: Climbing the green 5 on the overhang
    • 23rd: Looking after the cats
    • 24th: Chatting openly with Joseph all day
    • 25th: Making the right choices for myself (I think)
    • 26th: Going on the work call
    • 27th: Renewing my driver's licence and rail card
    • 28th: Putting a reservation on the car I want
    • 29th: Moving another step closer towards getting my new car
    • 30th: Focusing better in yoga this week
