• I live in a tropical country in Southeast Asia.
  • While I have been fortunate to visit places with colder/drier climates, the concept of permanently living with four seasons is alien but fascinating to me.
  • My long-term memory is not very good at all. The people closest to me can remember what they did when they were 3 years old. It seems that my family brought me to America at that age because I've seen photos, but I have zero memories of it. My sister likes to remind me that it was a waste to bring me along.
  • I would consider my first language to be English, but it is not the official language of my country.
  • I only started conversing in my country's official language when I was 13, but only really became fluent in it after I started hanging out with my now-husband and his friends when I was 24.
  • I got married at 26. In our particular subset, marriage is commonly not for companionship or love, but for producing offspring as quickly as possible. My husband and I however will probably never have children of our own.
  • I have scoliosis, purportedly at an angle just below the borderline for recommended surgery. It doesn't seriously inhibit my daily life as yet, but sometimes I have to be aware of how I move my body.
  • Discovering the world of classical music changed my life, and I hope to help contribute back to it.
  • When I think of the transience of life it is usually related to the physical ability of playing a musical instrument.
  • I made a site on Neocities.
