- INGREDIENTS
- shallots (1)
- garlic (2 cloves)
- grated ginger (2.5cm piece)
- rice wine vinegar (1+1/2 tbsp)
- tomato ketchup (1 tbsp)
- water (1 tbsp)
- 100ml olive / vegetable oil
- light soy sauce (3 tbsp)
- METHOD
- very finely chop the shallot, the garlic and the ginger and add to a bowl
- add your oil into the bowl and combine
- add the rice wine vinegar, tomato ketchip, soy sauce and water and combine again
- blend with a a hand mixer or with a food processor
- OTHER
- store in fridge , can be used for upto 2 weeks
