• INGREDIENTS
    • shallots (1)
    • garlic (2 cloves)
    • grated ginger (2.5cm piece)
    • rice wine vinegar (1+1/2 tbsp)
    • tomato ketchup (1 tbsp)
    • water (1 tbsp)
    • 100ml olive / vegetable oil
    • light soy sauce (3 tbsp)
  • METHOD
    • very finely chop the shallot, the garlic and the ginger and add to a bowl
    • add your oil into the bowl and combine
    • add the rice wine vinegar, tomato ketchip, soy sauce and water and combine again
    • blend with a a hand mixer or with a food processor
  • OTHER
    • store in fridge , can be used for upto 2 weeks
