Don’t let your busy school/job schedule get in the way of exploring your environment. Forget about those nonsensical health and beauty tips you read about. Learn to love yourself, and find out what works out for your body and what doesn’t. Set your goals high, not just because you feel the pressure of having to do better than your peers. Set them high because you know what you want, and you also know how to get what you want. Challenge yourself. Forget what “they say” and stay true to untainted morals. Your life should not be interrupted by those around you, and is not meant to be a mundane set of conventional achievements that coincides directly with your parents and peers.
