This sinner is slow to start but hard to stop once she gets going. The sight of extreme violence doesn’t scare or physically disgust her but she will be reluctant to talk about or enact it herself. Her worn out appearance hides fierce opinions and anger ready to come out at any time. She’s of the disillusioned sort and naturally a follower rather than a leader.

• Personality

Octave looks constantly exhausted and each of her actions, including talking, seem like they’re causing her pain but once she warms up for a fight or a mission, she’s quick and efficient. When she has to be out of her room, in the bus, she spends most of her time napping. She likes gardening and flower arranging and is really passionate about it. She shirks away from talks of torture or general physical violence if she can but seems very knowledgeable on those subject.

Octave is very patient but sometimes loses her temper over random things in extreme ways. She will quickly calm down when she sees the people around her react in a non dismissive way. When this happens, she looks strangely surprised that people could care. She can get cocky when she gets the occasion.

• Backstory

Octave was born in ??? Nest. Her father’s business fell to ruin after losing in a lawsuit. After a failed political career, she ended up, through her connections, by working as a representative for the local Lobotomy Corporation Branch. There, she met Clara, the head of the Branch Disciplinary Team.

Clara was known for being a crazed sadist, obsessed with pain and human suffering. The employees under her rule, but also the abnormalities in her section, were subjected to regular physical torture depending on her whims.

Octave developed a morbid attraction to Clara, getting entangled in her "play sessions" and getting first seat to her experiments everytime Octave had to leave the offices above ground.

When Lobcorp fell, Octave escaped easily as she was in the "public" part of the building. She left Clara down there to die, mostly glad to have that excuse to escape from her clutches.
