  • Conscious of money and how easily it goes. I learnt how to waste it, use it wisely, and save it. And also to hate it a little.
  • That neither drugs nor alcohol are ever a fix for any kind of state. Fuck with them and they fuck with you. But you will never get away from them.

  • Sometimes I find myself understanding how sad adults come to be how they are, and that terrifies me.
  • Unlike my high school persona, I can now start to differentiate how I perceive things to be and how they actually are.
  • The biggest lesson that school never prepared me for is how fucking awful people are. Retail taught me that one.
