- our little trip to walgreens at 2AM with a stranger who was (still is) twenty years our elder. then he got us 200 marlboros and sat with us back at the hotel as we smoked and talked about everything. we never learnt each others names.
- walking all around brighton just to find some good 24 hr food, resting on grubbs for milkshakes and undercooked chips
- tripping with jon and finding the promise land whilst everyone went to sleep. laying in the grass at 4am listening to m83 and stargazing. finally got up to watch the sun rise whilst we made a fire and ate nutella. (hahaha once we woke up the campsite was absolute shit and we didn't realise since we got there in the dark)
- sinems dad making us space brownies. driving us home and i just gazed out the window for hours, looking at the lights in london, thinking about god and costco.
- first high at tiny's abode with shannon and leah.
- when the venue guy said three more to me to meet imagine dragons and i was so shocked i almost missed it (I DIDN'T)
- very special walk with jon at about 11pm on a sunday night whilst trying to catch up with sinem and mairead. we were out of it and had the best heart to heart in my life ♡
- first time i went to new york, with my school, and we were all loaded on a coach. relaxed next to suzi and the sun was shining in our eyes and the silhouette of new york uncovered in front of us.
- getting to the front and hayley williams begins to play 'last hope'
- getting a disabled travelodge room with janie. trying to find the light switch and janie pulled the emergency chord just to prove a point (okay it was red but u never know??) shortly after there's a knock and i had to wait in the toilet because i was crying so badly from laughing. janie was not pleased ;-))
- sitting outside the ibis hotel at 2AM with a guy (bouncer) we met earlier, smoking. this older american lady comes over, sits next to us and gives a brief life story. basically tells us that whatever we were doing, sitting outside talking to strangers at 2am, we were doing it right. she was SO NICE
- when my dad drove us back from kentish town (imagien dragons) and we drove through all the lights and it honestly felt like a dream
- cute day with janie in london, wandering round so museums, piccadilly circus and chinatown. forcing her on the science museum flight simulators and crying with laughter as she screamed the entire way. the moment we got out the containers all these americans were staring at us with wide knowing smiles
- the first day we got burtie. just got my braces removed, was about to watch the new potc film, meanwhile was just pLAYING with puppy!!! he was adorkable
- walking through littlehampton beach bit with mum and geoff. it was so cloudy and drab but by the time we got to the nice tree arch path the sun shone through
- all those ilex walks in the summer
- on brighton eye with step family and everyone finally just calm and watching the view
- walking to/from sinems house when the snow was slowly melting under the sun, listening to bon iver (holocene always reminds me of this)
- sitting over a giant hotel meal in kefalonia everyone was invited to. meeting all the other guests and making so many memorable friends (including qt kayla and her mum) whilst eating amazing food. we all spent the rest of the holiday together - it was like we were all old friends.
- walking back from trick or treating with sinem and ashlie when we managed to make our own fun.. ended up buying a huge chocolate cake on the way and eating it with our hands, in the dismal weather.
- walking back from high school when it started snowing (finally). jack took off all blazers and tops, brought an ice lolly (my suggestion) and strolled down the street as if nothing was happening.. it was sub zero
- finishing my forest wall paper in my room (TREES IN MY ROOM)
- seeing all the wild kittens spread out in kos, underneath the 'cat tree' at the end of the path.
- at the beginning of college with jack and ben. got quite drunk, mostly high, walking round our town till 3am. saw an old friend, burnt a bible, got badly stung by a nettle, hugged a drug dealer, and ended up literally feeling like i was gonna die from the need to piss (thanks tom!!! ur loo was nice). remember everyone sitting in jacks conservatory whilst everyone was talking and i just slowly lulled to sleep.
- buying £30 worth of dominos for just me and sinem. we got so much food that by the time we ate the starters we were full up... watched part of a film (?) but had to get the train home, where sinem walked me half way. once she got back she found that one of the dogs ate her entire pizza (he was literally a miniature dog idk how)
- smoking in sinems original room in the apartment, listening to the perks soundtrack. going on omegle and just chilling and chatting to different people.
- in sinems smaller room; buying a pizza without cheese (my bad). eating ben and jerrys, watching vines and the new teen wolf trailer. smoking.
- spending the day with grace in london when she stayed at this RICH ASS hotel (the bathrooms had televisions in the mirrors..) spent the last of our money on the fair ground rides round the corner just down piccadilly circus. going on the wheel and seeing london eye from it, with all the lights. (this was the day before new years eve)
- grace bugging james to get us tobac whilst i asked him about the famous people that had stayed there (jay z and mick jagger)
- creating 'cover work' for eggshells during a gig for a local musician and crying from laughter w/ janie
- that last painful day of making the music video with lerc. might've been long but it was eventful and we got good food. also felt suuuper fulfilling
- sitting outside the pavilion after the horrors with janie just talking about work and life and everything.
- dying my hair blue purple and pink (accidently) for southampton and feelin like a fairy
- sitting on the seafront with catt and elry eating chips and watching the sunset after college
- sitting in the bar with mia and janie, trying to catch up whilst a loud ass metal band screamed in the furry room.
- our (grace and i) petrifying but funny walk in the pitch black woods whilst i looked after dads house. we were gonna take the dogs but ended up taking them home, so we went out ourselves with one flashlight. it was absolutely pitch black and we walked the entire thing.
- also all the walks after that, not in the dark
- walking on myself too whilst the sun set
- going on the twisting ride at the end of brighton pier with ella and hermione. ella screaming so much that i ended up crying from both of their reactions
- immy going out of her mind in her house whilst we all experienced different wave levels (except jon and i.. we get it)
- alex's dad donating his house to us for the entire comic con weekend. waking at 6am every morning to get there early, then getting back at about 8pm..
- smoking in our little smoking spot at the back of disney world, which was barely used. first night we found it all the rides were closing from storms, but there was no rain. slight fog in the air and a slight coolness to the tempature. probably the quietest part and i loved how relaxing it was there
- driving with hermy, sinem, and her dad through london with the vaccines blasting through the windows
- filming on brighton pier in the evening with sinem and luke. i don't know how it was already dark and not locked but we walked all around it grabbing photos and clips.
- standing at the bonfire near geoff's house with it's fireworks that seemed to keep going off course
- finding sinem during lewes bonfire, getting through groups of people holding fire above their heads.
- finding our way to the second biggest bonfire (it was fucking huge) and acting like children whilst running through the mud (i think we looked insanely high)
- group of australian guys talking to us about parking and weed and pagans
- december '13 nights hanging out with grace and sinem
- getting served with hermione and a few others at amf (no idea how) n making the most of the ciders and shots
- another time- putting vodka in the slushies at amf, getting somewhat merry and bowling with lots of bhasv people.
- standing at the top of the rock in sub zero temperatures when the security guy approaches us. had the NICEST conversation with him (he agreed that paris was overrated and called me punk rock), took a picture of us for my mum, and found me a warm space to stand just near the lift so i wasn't shivering as much. SO NICE. also this was combined with the night sky and all the buildings being illuminated.. ahhh!!!
- walking through central park when it was -5C but it looked so beautiful under all the snow
- just after janies uncle died, cheering her up by popping into brighton and buying a shit load of food... kensingtons and all the nachos/milkshakes, frozen yogurt with oreos and all that and i'm pretty sure a shakeaway? we just ate it all away
- going to the beach with sinem in the cold to get a lil hi. ended up getting kiera out for half price dominos so we could get double the amount of cookies for the same price. walking back and sinem dancing in glasses in the pitchblack at about 11pm
- spent the entire next day smoking doobies in my bedroom, out the window, in our sleeping clothes. just ate food and watched netflix, hi.
- standing at the top of brighton with lewis (almost dying from asthma and smoke jhc) getting a little more hi
- cycling ahead of my family on the bike trail and finding the perfect forest that i could live in 5eva. always staying ahead of them so i could feel the wind and be alone
- going into brighton with grace to see my mum and accidently finding tyler oakley.. awkwardly awking for a photo (we twins oky?)
- getting baaaked as fuck at the castle lookout in lewes with finn, sinem, and some other kid.. getting back to his house (SO MANY HILLS) and crashing out to we're the millers
- walking sinem home after making a snowman at my house. her wearing slippers in the snow and literally having to guide her back.
- sinems 16th party at her dads friends house. he was a furniture (?) collector and had paintings, trees, chandeliers in his apartment. everyone just took photos, danced, and talked.
