- 18/07: Left parents at Heathrow. Cried. Stopover in Cologne, Germany.
- 19/07: Six hour wait in Suvarnabhumi Airport. Vegetables, spring rolls, and coconut juice at Chinese Takeaway. Taxi to Suphanburi. First motorbike ride. Ceremony at the temple where we listened to the monks and lit incense. Met all the cousins. Rode in the back of a pick up truck.
- 20/07: Suphanburi Market. Hell park. Janie drove us on the moped for the first time. Lazed around on the balcony.
- 21/07: Waited for Janie to get back. Learnt to ride the moped. Bike ride with the kids around the area. Met her uncles puppies.
- 22/07: Bike ride to 7/11, anf then for iced tea. Exercised with the kids.
- 23/07: Early morning run. Bike ride with Ig (?) Finally met the puppy we were visiting. Circuits of the ground in the moped. Played games with the kids.
- 24/07: Early rise for car ride to Ayuttaya. Ayuttaya Floating Market. Different ruins (?) Got a tuk tuk van to take us round and drop us off at The Sky Mall. Got a open back bus to get to another mall. Train to Chiang Mai.
- 25/07: Arrived in Chiang Mai after a cold night on the train. Shopped in Waroros Market. Dragon Flight ziplining.
- 26/07: Full day at an Elephant Sanctuary. Karaoke at Fat Elvis. Dancing at The Reggae Bar.
- 27/07: Swimming at The Veranda Hotel. Dancing at The Reggae Bar.
- 28/07: Shopped at Waroros Market. Thai Cooking Class. Night out with the hostel.
- 29/07: Flight to Phuket. Explored Patong. Ate in an shit restaurant.
- 30/07: Trip to hospital, diagnosed with Herpes Zoster/Shingles. Hired a moped. Trip to Karon Beach, looking for a petrol station. Stayed on the sand whilst Janie had a paddle. Dinner in the local night market. Saw 'Simon' lady boy show.
- 31/07: Drove to The Giant Buddha. Chilled out on hammocks high up the hill. Drove to Wat Chalong. Extendes lunch and shop in Tesco Lotus. Drove back to the hostel and chilled out. Went down the main Patong Beach road with all the strippers etc, with Janie and Edward.
- 01/08: Travelled by mini bus and boat to Ko Phi Phi. Walked to Phi Phi Viewpoint.
- 02/08: Chilled out day in our hostel. Ate food all day.
- 03/08: Boat from Ko Phi Phi to Phuket in stormy seas. Bus from Phuket to Khao Lak.
- 04/08: Biked up North from Khao Lak. Tsunami Memorial Park. Tsunami Memorial Boat.
- 05/08: Biked down South from Khao Lak. Phang Nga Bay boat ride. Khao Lak National Park.
- 06/08: Bus ride to Our Jungle House. Checked in our Riverside Room and chilled out.
- 07/08: Swapped to our cliffside room. Finished American Psycho. Went tubing down the river.
- 08/08: Biked through mountains to a nearby town for lunch. Evening drink with the cat listening to the Americans.
- 09/08: Travelled from Jungle House to Surat Thani. Went to the plaza and watched Suicide Squad.
- 10/08: Flew to Bangkok. Departed from Janie. Chilled out in my Airbnb.
- 11/08: MBK Mall. Saw Alice Through The Looking Glass. Siam Square. Siam Paragon. Central World. Siam Night Market.
- 12/08: Terminal 21. Siam Discovery. Jim Thompson House & Museum. Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.
- 13/08: Chatuchak Market. Or Tor Kor Market. Baiyoke Tower Revolving Deck & Bar. Caturday Cafe. Ice skating in Central World.
- 14/08: Lumphini Park. Platinum Fashion Mall.
- 15/08: Wat Traimit. Chinatown. Wat Saket. Khao San Road. Wat Phra Kaew. The Grand Palace. Wat Pho. Wat Arun. Cruise down Chao Phraya River.
