  • setting: university
  • important notes: takes place in the philippines. characters are in philippine universities, and said universities mentioned in the story are the big 4 (ateneo, up, dlsu, ust)
  • where shouyou (ust student) and atsumu (dlsu student, and men's vb captain) meet through tinder. they agree to meet one day, but due to an accident, shouyou is unable to make it and subsequently also forgets about atsumu due to amnesia. later, they reunite through an exchange student program between the big 4 universities. shouyou is sent to attend dlsu, and there he and atsumu reunite. unfortunately, shouyou has no recollection of atsumu, and atsumu doesn't know about shouyou's circumstances, and so he ends up harboring negative feelings. shouyou, though, ends up crushing on him once more. but one day, during lunch, when shouyou truthfully admits his budding crush, atsumu turns him down (in a cruel way), and ends up making him cry. a cold war settles between them, and it only gets resolved when shouyou finds himself stranded in university due to heavy rain. he and atsumu stay in the university gymnasium where they end up clearing misunderstandings. atsumu courts shouyou again, and the story ends once they officially become boyfriends.

  • important notes: i say university or seniors in high school as i cannot determine the year and setting as it was not defined in the story.
  • where tobio has a crush on atsumu and asks shouyou to help him make love letters. at first, shouyou is reluctant, but later changes his mind after feeling guilty for kissing atsumu during bokuto's party (they played 7 minutes in heaven). right after said party, atsumu admits to liking shouyou and they share a kiss in his (shouyou's) bedroom. however, shouyou pushes him away for the reason that atsumu should be with tobio. confused and saddened, atsumu leaves, and exactly when school starts the next day, he receives the first love letter. he remarks that the person who wrote it seems to know him very well, and asks around who is kageyama tobio. he later finds out through his friends that tobio is a part of the school band, and writes a response in return. unbeknownst to him, the letter was written by shouyou, and so are the next to come. eventually, he finds out, by piecing things together after borrowing shouyou's school notes from osamu. he ends up confronting shouyou, and after clearing things up with tobio, they (atsuhina) finally end up together.
    • the catalyst for atsuhina ending up together is the realization that tobio sees atsumu as nothing more than a puppy love, and getting back together with his ex.
    • to add, atsumu also still loves shouyou. he only let shouyou go because shouyou asked.
