- This will end. Bad days are temporary and a part of life. Good days are closer than you think.
- You're not special. There's nothing especially wrong with you. This is just a part of life. Can't all be good days.
- You're likely feeling shame for something you don't need to be feeling shame about. Name it, reflect, and ground yourself. Give yourself permission to inhabit your body.
- Friends help. Exercise helps. Your routine/habits help. Don't give in to the urge to isolate yourself.
- Take a shower. Force yourself.
