#1: Life should be lived by design, not default. I want to design the life I crave.
- Get out and explore independently. Don't wait for Colton.
- Plan 3 backpacking trips, one with Dad, Frank, and Mike.
- Train Murdock to be a better explorer (more puppy pushups and e-collar).
- Get out and run and bike and explore new routes.
- Talk to Colton about life expectations.
- Plan Scotland/London adventures.
- Try new roles at Lifeline Animal Project.
- Invest in friendships (Maysen, Grant, Mau, LeAnn, Macy, Mateus).
- Research/explore options OTP for trails and cleaner homes.
- Declutter my home. Practice tidiness as a habit. Don't prioritize cleaning over life. Talk to Colton about expectations. Keep dishwasher and sink empty.
#2: I want to become a little more thankful for what I have, less resentful for what I don't, less restless, more patient. I want to hold fewer grudges, stand straighter, and be engaged in my life.
- Don't skip gratitude practice in journal.
- Journal when overwhelmed.
- Try meditating with the monks.
- Keep reading (20 books 2024?)
- Invest in a quality wardrobe and haircare.
- Stretch... every day?
