• Horrible start to the year @ a horrible new years eve celebration.
• Went to Florida for my Aunt’s funeral
• Met my cousin’s son in Florida, who’s absolutely adorable
• Worried about my health for a good portion of the beginning of the year from roughly Dec to March
• Saw dumbfoundead live
• Saw BAP live in concert (♥︎ byg)
• Met and became friends with 2 girls who also share a love for all things BAP as well (Tegan, who lives in Astoria !! & Liz).
• Got an internship @ a marketing firm which developed into a full time job
• Struggled again with hormonal-based health issues (cysts & acne) from May - September
• Strengthened friendships with new friends (Alexlyn) & old ones (Kadeem & Amanda)
• Started taking Japanese classes (May - December)
• Celebrated my cousin’s wedding (big deal since he’s the closest in age to me out of all of my cousins)
• Said goodbye to Denueve as she went to travel and explore the world from her new home in Bangladesh (6 more months until she’s home!)
• Went to LA with Rebecca
• Fell in love with California (beach + city, i’m always sold on those two points)
• Went to KCON2013
• Saw EXO, G-dragon (+ Missy Elliott), F(x), Teen Top, 2AM (omg Jo Kwon), Crayon Pop, Dynamic Duo, Henry, + more live in concert
• Got Jo Kwon’s autograph (& my bby Jinwoon’s as well)
• Got dumbfoundead’s autograph & a picture with him
• Made amazing new friends @ KCON who live on the east coast (India & Cierra)
• Got a clean bill of health at the end of August
• Quit / was laid off from my job @ the marketing firm (which turned out to be a job from the devil) in September
• My Big from TNX was married on the beach
• Unemployment but happy from September - November
• Finally got out of my depression in October after over a year (June 2012 - October 2013)
• Saw warpaint live in concert
• Saw the changes in people and lost friends I thought would be there forever, while those I wanted to push away came back for the better
• Had a fun Halloween that bridged DA and Muhlenberg, theater department and normal kids together at two separate parties.
• Started applying to teach abroad programs but decided against it because I lacked a real reason other than “Japan/Korea is cool” which would have been a disservice to the students who are actually trying to learn English
• A new set of sisters crossed into the Rho Chapter including a fellow k-poop head & friend (who also became part of my family tree)
• Saw Infinite live in concert
• Was invited to Infinite’s MTVK showing & was also invited to interview the artist (!!!)
• Took part in the Thanksgiving Day Parade and was on Santa’s float
• Returned to Santaland at the end of November
• This time around at ‘The Land’, developed a stronger bond with fellow elves & became friends with a good portion of them
• Started seriously thinking about my future & began the development of a magazine with Rebecca
• Reconnected with old friends who somehow have remained cool throughout the years of changes and not communicating

A horrible year in terms of mental & physical health issues but a great year in terms of music (increase in the # of shows attended), interests (developed a stronger understanding of what I want to do and what interests me), and understanding the way friendships change, grow, develop, and sometimes just disappear.
