- Write letters to the people who you love. Don’t seal them or send them. Put them in library books instead. 
 
    - Eat raspberries off your fingertips. 
 
    - Venture outside and observe insect life. Realise how insignificant you are. 
 
    - Smile at strangers. It will make you feel better. 
 
    - Write lists. 
 
    - Read several pages of the dictionary. Write down interesting words. Make up sentences. 
 
    - Don’t ever feel compelled to say that you’re sorry when you shouldn’t be.
