- Front Porch - Remove the over clutter. Front porch is supposed to welcome me home and people shouldn't feel cluttered when walking in.
- Indoor plants - Bring nature indoors. Plants help stir up dead qi or energy that gets stuck in corners; plus they add a life force. NEED this.
- Closet - All shoes should be pointing out to represent progress. (Question: Should I remove them from their boxes?)
- Bedroom - Keep all hampers and clothes in closet while sleeping. No clutter around the room, as it takes away from restorative energy while sleeping.
- Bedroom - Balancing side tables. Find something to balance the other side of my bed. Some type of additional bedside table or some object to create a sense of balance.
- Shapes - Don't over due one shape in any room. Mix shapes and objects to feature squares, circles, ovals, points and different metals, woods and glass.
- Furniture - Solid items only. No glass coffee tables or sharp cornered objects.
- Entry Way - Welcoming items. Think of this space as a "bright hall" where one is welcomed - with flowers, greeters and other fun things.
- Desk - Keep uncluttered and free of unopened mail, receipts and old papers. This is hard for me but important to do consistently so my desk is open and free for me to "work" and dream!
- Negativity - Place a bowl of black tourmaline crystals with salt in a bowl to repel negative energy from my house.
- Clean/Order - Honor house by making bed, doing dishes, pushing in chairs, putting away shoes, straightening blankets, picking up dog poop in front yard, and turning off unnecessary lights.
- Lighting - "When you enter a room, your eye is instinctively drawn to the light sources. Light fixtures also create warmth and visual movement all around them. A room that relies on a single fixture in the ceiling does not allow much movement and draws our gaze up away from where we live."
