  • because of the age gap shit it turn into ball of hot mess that will make puritans questions everything weird about it pretty quick.
  • the chapter where they show what happened in the first life is heartbreaking af.
  • miserable young widow goes batshit. noice.

  • the romance is not really that romancing. it's fine i guess.
  • i'm more interested in their past live. i think they are in love even then, but it's just not working out because of a lot of piled up circumstances.

    • stellar fashion sense for the male and female outfit
  • really simple story.

  • spoiler- now i want to complain about the last addition plot at the end with oscar and marquess parlam (because i know i'm not the only one); i think it's so fucking redundant and complete garbage. it can be written more carefully and with more sense for it to be relevant to the story while making the reader still interested with how things will turn out, but idk it felt tedious to even read every sentences because of how boring it is.
    • i mean i guess i don't particularly enjoy a hidden bad guy at the end of the story to elevate the "tension" and make the story longer (especially when it's popular). it will either be too boring to read or completely pointless.

  • i like rishe; she trusted arnold based on what he has done in her vicinity instead of blindly believing rumors and all her past life experiences. most of the time other villainess daughter are so blinded with hatred or trauma that every single step they take was all tied into their last life and it can be suffocating and overdone very quick.
