- 8/1/09: Belinda and Nick, two close friends, got married. It was a perfect wedding. I loved being a bridesmaid, and was proud to give a good speech. Highlights include a rocket launch, pinata, a 14 year old waiter, and talking with an old professor.
- 8/2/09: Best brunch ever at Mickey's. We filled the patio with friends from the wedding.
- 8/9/09: Finished painting the dining room a dark beautiful red. For the first time in my life, I have a room that isn't white!
- 8/11/09: Dinner with Julie. I love that girl.
