- read a book (try: this book will change your life)
- learn something you've always wanted to learn
- hang out with someone and learn their life story
- go to a random music venue and check out unknown artist
- host a themed party
- volunteer at your local animal shelter
- take a parent to one of your favorite places (they will be as happy as heaven)
- make a big deal out of something (stand up fo your rights! protest!)
- live the life of luxury for a day, or two
- enroll in a game of poker at a local bar
- take singing/dancing/writing classes
- start a community theater
- eat something exotic
- write a report for nothing in particular
- buy two kiddie pools- put one in the shade (call this one your pool), and put one in the sun (call this one your hot tub).
