Incongruent thoughts: What is given in society: we have needs. Teachers, doctors, farmers, fireman, policeman, cashiers...etc.
There are those careers that are paid lower than that of others in America.
If we decide not to take a higher-paid position, should government penalize us for it? By only giving tax breaks to the wealthy? By living in only low-income areas? Never traveling the world, having only half an experience of life, just because we chose to live for less?
What's causing this arrogance of opinion, to favor the upper-class, when in truth, all of our vocations are needed to make a functioning society?
