• i enjoy reading about minerals and their functions, sources, deficiency signs and especially how they're all connected together. the symptoms and the side effects from having unbalanced minerals shocks me. how they can actually effect the human body beyond belief from causing chronic physical illnesses such as diabetes and asthma to emotionally rooted or mental disorders like ocd, schizophrenia and depression the fact that it can actually develop to effect the human brain just blows my mind.
