• drinking only water, coffee, and tea- sorry, blue gatorade, it's been a good run but i have to let you go.
  • wearing my seatbelt- something i have always hated, but need to stop being difficult about.
  • opening the blinds and letting natural light into the apartment.
  • making a note of one thing i am grateful for every day.
  • waking up early to take time for myself before work- rather than scrambling to get ready, then rushing off to a long stressful day.
  • doing something outside every day.
