• i don't care if you credited the artist or not. if you never ask for their permission to repost i'm gonna block you because i don't want to take any chances!!!
• if you're blocked i'm never gonna unblock you.

personally although im tired of going after people who repost my art, reposting OTHER artist's art is a huge red flag that they don't respect them, especially when it's obvious reposting is not allowed from that artist.
