seeing as he's in the running for council president, bucky always reaches out to the students and ask for their opinions on what changes they want to see or what he can help them out with. there had been rumors that there's a ghost haunting the pool at the academy and people hear strange sounds but they don't see anyone or anything. seolhyun, who has stress-induced-insomnia, has a competition coming up and so she decides to be productive if she can't sleep. she goes to the pool for another one of her infamous late night practices, not knowing anything about the rumors of the haunted pool. bucky decides to check out the rumor for himself that same night and ends up stumbling upon a crying seolhyun (who is mistaken as the ghost) in the locker room. it is then where he realizes that she was the supposed ghost. the two end up getting locked in the pool and the rest is history.
