ok so maybe i have a problem bc i can’t put anything else in my other list and i just... can’t stop

“How long are you in town, Han Jisung?”

Jisung took a sip of his rapidly cooling latte before answering, “A couple of months, just for the rest of the summer.” It wasn’t uncommon for families to have timeshares or to rent extended-stay housing for the entire summer, but Minho didn’t expect for someone who chose to vacation next to the sea to stay inside his coffee shop all day eating sweets and wearing beanies.

“You’re going to get tired of the cheesecake,” he noted.

“Challenge absolutely accepted.”

“I wasn’t—okay, then.” Minho huffed out a laugh at the serious expression on Jisung’s face, such a contrast from the wide smile that settled there just moments before. “We’ll need to stock up on our syrup inventory, I guess.”

“Not if the Jinyoung guy takes any more of your shifts, you won’t.”

“I’ll be sure he doesn’t.”

Jisung nodded, grabbed his latte, and returned to his seat.

Jinyoung, Don’t skimp beanie latte guy out of his vanillvanilla sweetener. Two pumps!!!!

Or, Minho's home for the summer and nothing is as he remembers it: there's a new regular at his coffee shop and a new neighbor next door

Jisung sees something he shouldn't .... and doesn't look away.

“What do you think of gay adoption?” Jisung asks again, taking a mouthful of cereal.

“I mean,” Minho furrows his brows, “I am gay, right? You do know that.”

“Of course I know that. I wouldn’t move in with a hettie if it killed me,” Jisung grimaces at the mere concept. “But I mean, for us.”

Minho closes his eyes and purses his lips, “come again?”

aka

Minho and Jisung adopt a Dracaena and then some.

Minho never expects to see Jisung again when after an accident at sea, he is pronounced dead.

Left with nothing but a necklace to remember him by, Minho faces six years alone. Taken from his home and spending a year in what can only be described as a living hell, he expects his end to come when the ship he is on is boarded by pirates.

Until a ghost from his past returns, and with a brand new family Minho gets his chance at a new start.

Jisung doesn't know how to get home now, not when almost all he's known and loved has been torn away from him. Pulled from the ocean after the accident that would change his life forever, he finds himself in the company of two swashbuckling rogues who give him shelter and a new family when he's lost everything else.

He's prepared to give up on the past, but there are some things that refuse to be forgotten, and he can only ignore his demons for so long before they begin to fight back.

Seungmin once told Minho that in the event of an apocalypse, he'd choose to save him - even over Hyunjin, who was his best friend and was widely accepted by everyone as Seungmin's favorite person in the entire world - and Minho had always taken pride in it because this was high praise. Anyone who knew Seungmin would answer his name when asked who they would take with them to a deserted island (or, by substitution, an apocalypse).

Minho has to go back to his family home for Thanksgiving, and he wishes he could make them forget about him for good. Luckily, Changbin knows just the guy.

Or, Jisung is here to save the day by ruining dinner as his new boyfriend.

Being bound to your soulmate by the sense of taste isn't the worst thing in the world, although if you were to ask Lee Minho he would strongly disagree. In his opinion it's nothing short of a cosmic joke that he, someone who can't stand lemons, has his taste buds permanently linked to someone who loves them.

-

Or, the one where Minho finally learns what to do when life won't stop giving you lemons.

“Ah, you must be Minho’s boyfriend.”

[....]

“I’m... Jisung.”

The words spilled from his mouth and scattered beyond his grasp before he could think to chase after them. He tried to console himself by reasoning that technically, he hadn’t lied because Jisung was his name, but he couldn’t find a way to tack on a disclaimer that he and Minho were very much not dating.

Minho and Jisung are sick and tired of being virgins. There's an obvious solution to that.

Minho and Hyunjin need to film a kissing scene for the sequel of "On Track," and Jisung gets jealous.

Jisung sat on the bed, determined to win him over tomorrow. He'd show Minho how manly he was in the face of those ghosts, and then Minho would have no choice to fall for him. It was basically foolproof.

He rested up well, wondering how it would go.

Would they really see a ghost?

Minho loves the language of flowers. He also loves his job at the flower shop. He loves it even more when he meets this random stranger with the cute habit of bumping his whole head on the bouquets when he stops outside to smell the flowers. He loves him even more when he meets him.

Being an adult comes with a lot of stress; Jisung comes to learn that all you can do is try your best to chase that sweet relief.

Jisung was a traveller. He liked to visit scary and abandoned places. This time though, nothing went according to plan, leading him to get lost in the woods. But luckily, he stumbled upon an abandoned castle that looked exactly like Dracula's. He decided to spend the night there, hiding from the storm.

But what he didn't expect, is the house to be lived in, let alone come in contact with a real vampire.

Minho wants to confess to Jisung, but has no idea how to do that until the Minbingsung vlive happens and he sees the perfect chance to ask Jisung himself. Jisung, who only knows about love from kdramas and romantic comedies, explains him the importance of the critical moment. Inspired by this Minho makes it his mission to find the perfect confession to show Jisung his feelings, but nothing goes as he has planned and things take an unexpected turn.

Will he still find a way to win Jisung's heart?

"Hey little buddy. How are you?” The cat started purring and Jisung rubbed his nails under the cat's chin, scratching the bones of the jaw smoothly.

“I'm good and you?” And just for a split second Jisung wondered if he had gone mad or if the cat could really talk, before he finally realized the other presence next to the cat.

Or:

Jisung starts volunteering at an animal shelter to help himself get over a few botched romantic endeavors.

There’s a cute guy who always takes the same bus line as Jisung, the one that leaves their university campus every Wednesday. It turns out that said guy (Minho) is apparently a fan of 3RACHA’s music, and Jisung may have just accidentally revealed that he’s J.One.

Two weeks later, Minho insists on helping Jisung find inspiration for 3RACHA’s new mixtape in the works. A spontaneous bus-hopping journey through the city ensues; the two bond easily and feelings bloom rapidly along the way.

(Or: An impromptu day of bus-hopping helps Jisung find lyrical inspiration not just in the intricacies of the city but also in Minho’s company.)

The beating of Jisung’s heart against his ribcage becomes faster as he takes everything in. He feels his face getting warm, his throat suddenly dry. His mouth slightly hangs open, and his breathing slows down.

Time also slows down as Minho blinks at him, snowflakes on his eyelashes shaken away and falling down to kiss his cheeks instead. Jisung feels like soaring, his eyes stuck on Minho. Because he looks so soft, and warm, and inviting. Jisung feels like he would burst if he doesn’t do something. He feels like— he feels like falling in love.

--

Or... All the times that Jisung just freezes whenever it comes to one man: Lee Minho.

He wasn’t even cold; he was just empty. He had the vague sensation that time was running out, but for what he neither knew nor cared. The only thing keeping him from succumbing was a tiny grain of sunshine, buried so deep in his heart that he sometimes wondered if he’d imagined it. Occasionally he wished he had, thinking bitterly that it would be so easy to give up if it wasn’t there, but nevertheless it echoed faintly in his pulse, warming his soul even as his veins filled with ice.

(***) All these footnotes will be the death of him.

Han Jisung is currently living his best life, and if he has someone to be thankful for, it's the strange boy he met at the beach years ago – the boy who changed his life – Lee Minho. So after winning a lottery, Jisung decides that what he wants to do with the money is go to a certain place to find that certain boy. Once Jisung found him, however, he had to deal with an unexpected response. As he strives to find the answer and spends time with Minho, Jisung is trapped between the past and the present.

“He doesn’t wanna fuck because he’s too busy skateboarding,” Minho says. “What are we, twelve? I'm too old for this shit."

“You poured your drink on him and called him a useless cocksucker because he wouldn’t give you a ride home… on his skateboard.”

Jisung just needed a model. His goal was to find one as soon as possible so he could get his damn semester work done, but it's proving to be more difficult than he thought. His search brings him to one Lee Minho, an agriculture major, way too friendly for his own good and enough to be the death of Jisung without even trying. While finishing his painting is at the forefront of his mind, Jisung allows himself a little freedom in getting to know Minho; and subsequently gets a little more than he bargained for.

In which an orange orchard brings Jisung exactly what he needs (and maybe a little more).

Jisung almost lets it go, labelling it as another failed plan when his phone starts vibrating in his pocket. He fishes his phone out, a dreadful caller ID greeting him as soon as the screen’s in his line of vision, and a new wave of determination hits him at his best.

Picking up his pace once again, Jisung stands a few metres away from the boy in question, as he says his next words with an unnamed confidence.

“Lee Minho, will you be my boyfriend?”

or where, Jisung has an admirer he hates, and the only way to get himself away from the other is to pretend to date.

Jisung's patience with his restaurant's new Head Chef, Minho, and his domineering attitude toward everyone in the kitchen runs thin, and the two end up addressing their issues in a greatly unexpected and slightly unprofessional manner.

Minho’s been a scout since he can remember, nature being his second home while Jisung – Jisung is a danger to himself as much as to the nature, a place Minho’s come to love. It only makes sense to keep an eye on the walking disaster, protecting his home.

Until Jisung becomes a part of it.

What, is he your sugar daddy? Hyunjin had said in passing, a few hours after Han Jisung transferred ₩60,000 to him.

Of course not, Minho thought to himself. He doesn't even know Jisung that well, and they're simply friends who got to know each other through their respective channels. He's sure that Jisung will soon go on his way, and his little puppy crush on Jisung will fade with enough time too.

Things, of course, never turn out the way he thinks it will.

(hyunjin was right all along.)

“So what’s your call?” Seungmin asked, balancing the coin on his forefinger and thumb.

Minho held up crossed fingers. “Tails.”

“Alright. One, two, three—”

Seungmin flipped the coin in the air, and as soon as it landed in his palm, he slapped it onto the back of his other hand without revealing it.

Minho eyed his two friends warily. “Wait, what’s the punishment if I guess wrong?”

“You have to ask someone out on a date in front of us,” Changbin said.

Or, a Minsung au where Jisung takes Minho on an unexpected date that ends with kisses and… soaked jackets.

Minho absolutely hates routine.

But for the guy with a heart-shaped smile he sees on the bus everyday, he can make an exception.

Minho knew he'd have to get married someday, being the only prince of the Lee Kingdom, but he still wasn't ready. He wasn't ready to swear his life and love to a stranger, ready to share a bed with a person he doesn't know, ready to consummate their marriage with someone who probably wasn't even gay.

But as it turns out, Minho also wasn't ready for Jisung, the boy he'd never met until he unveiled him at the altar.

Han Jisung was excited to escape his home life and marry the prince of the Lee Kingdom. He was excited to find a place that maybe he'd be loved, that he felt safe, but he found that it was more like living with a stranger, and he was afraid that maybe Minho wouldn't ever love him at all.

"Should I call the National Museum of Korea or the Louvre Museum?"

"Um, neither. What’s your business with them?" Felix’s eyebrows furrow, not catching where their conversation was headed (probably towards something stupid, just like the billions of other conversations they had.) The glint in Jisung’s eyes made him all the more curious of whatever is in his friend’s disorganized, chaotic, and carefree mind.

Minho is a constant in the hazy folds of Jisung's life. He is always there at the tail end of a hard day. In the soft ache of waking after a restful night. Against the wooden edge of a table at a pub. Over the screen of a laptop during exams. This is something that Jisung never expected to happen.

But it has happened and now, he wants to take things in hand and possibly create something new without relying on fate or luck alone.

Minho is a stressed pet cafe owner wanting to take time off to some exclusive bar. Jisung is a son of a chaebol and living his best life, there’s just one problem; he’s supposed to bring a date to his rich self of a socialite mother’s ‘get together’ and bails to a bar which happens to be the same one Minho is in.

(…)And also doing other things in mentioned closet, because apparently Minho has missed his boyfriend-but-not-boyfriend a little more than Jisung thought.

(P.S. Minho catsits for the Royal Family. Just letting you know.)

There's nothing strange going on here, just two best friends drunk off their asses and attempting to work a photo booth, and—oh, shit, why are they kissing?

or: Minho and Jisung enter a photo booth with the intention of taking cute photos and, as drunken best friends do, somehow end up making out.

or: Minho likes the sight of Jisung post-brawl a little more than he should and chooses to ignore his spiraling attraction toward his roommate for as long as he can.

There are many things that I would like to say to you, but I don't know how.

(Because maybe you're gonna be the one that saves me.)

or: After months of confining their ambiguous relationship within the walls of a café, Jisung and Minho hesitantly step outside and discover just how natural it feels to heal each other.

Jisung could clearly remember the day he first saw Minho. Ultimately, it was the day that his whole world changed, but it wasn’t as obvious at the time as you’d think. When people describe something in their life drastically changing, its always like a complete flip, a collapse of the norm, some sort of earth shattering revelation. But that’s not how it happened, not for Jisung; it was slow, like falling through a pit of molasses, cascading like the steady rise of volume in a symphony before it reaches its peak, and then it all hits you at once. One thing stacked onto another, stacked onto another, and onto another, until it’s suddenly too much and it all finally tumbles over. That was how Minho changed Jisung’s life, and yet somehow, it started with something as innocent as a glance across the bench during Sunday church.

Jisung pushed the door to the apartment open, startling his two roommates.

“Tell me what?”

Chan glanced at Seungmin, who shrugged, “Just tell him, dude.”

“Sungie,” Chan reached out and laid a hand on his shoulder, gently guiding him away from the entrance and towards the couch. “You know we care about you right? And we only want what’s best for you? I know you aren’t going to want to hear this, but we don’t want you to get hurt.”

Jisung folded his arms across his chest and glared, defenses up, “You think Minho’s a catfish.”

“What do you think you’re doing,” Minho began calmly.

“What does it look like I’m doing,” Jisung said without looking up. “I’m getting ready to go to my next class.”

“You know exactly what I mean.”

“I admit I have a brilliant mind, but I am not, in fact, a mind reader.” Jisung finally met the other’s eyes with a tight smile. “Enlighten me.”

Minho smiled back with a barely concealed impatience despite the evenness in his tone. “I’m not sure if you’re really Felix’s type, you know?” He softened his voice and blinked slowly. “Just putting it out there so you don’t end up wasting your time.”

“How noble of you,” Jisung said while stuffing his laptop into his messenger bag, “but I’d rather let Felix be the judge of that.”

---------

AKA Jisung and Minho are idiots who vie for Felix’s heart while becoming entangled in a game of their own.

A gentle shake to the shoulder accompanied by a whisper stirred Minho from sleep. He reflexively groaned as he turned a fraction toward the voice, his eyes sewn shut in the darkness.

“Hyung,” Jisung said in a louder whisper, “it’s first snow!”

“First... wha?”

=========

AKA It's the night of winter's first snow, and Minho is in love with Jisung.

“Can I refill that for you?”

Minho turned to the voice that came from over his left shoulder, and he was met with the smiling visage of a young man holding a water pitcher. His hair was long and blond and parted to the side; the bangs on his right side were tucked behind his ear and held in place by bobby pins, while the hair on his left cascaded down his face. He eyed Minho’s empty water glass.

“Yes please,” Minho barely croaked out.

“What is it,” the man greeted hoarsely as he struggled to pry an eye open, black hair sweeping over his forehead in multiple directions.

“Changbin hyung,” Jisung said. “Help.” He then switched the camera view to the sartorial mess on the bed. “I can’t decide on what to wear for the wedding tonight.”

The man named Changbin raised an eyebrow, eyes still screwed mostly shut. “What wedding?”

“What do you mean wh—Hyunjin’s wedding!”

---------

Aka Hyunjin and Seungmin are getting married; Jisung and Minho try to figure stuff out.

“Hey,” Minho began, ignoring the pounding in his rib cage, “what are your plans for today?”

Jisung seemed mildly taken aback by the question, but he answered anyway.

“Umm… I was going to pick up groceries and maybe do some work from home, but I have nothing else planned.” He paused to glance at Minho once more. “Why?”

“Ever been to Gyejoksan Mountain?”

“No?” Jisung frowned in confusion until the corner of his lips began to slowly draw upward. “But I have a feeling that might change today.”

“Excuse me, but can I have a dumpling?”

Minho jumped and squeaked out a curse at the sudden voice. After the miserable day he’d had, would a mugging be the cherry on top?

With tense shoulders he turned on his heel and faced a young man who stood a bit shorter than him and whose black hair reflected the moonlight. His round eyes glistened in the dark, though his cheeks were even rounder—not unlike dumplings, ironically.

Minho stared back dumbly for a moment before responding, against his better judgment. “You want my... dumpling?”

“Oh, not for me,” the young man said with shyness coloring his voice. He hiked a thumb over his shoulder. “For my friend over there.”

Han Jisung had always been adorable. Ever since Minho had met him when Jisung was still in his late teens, he had been struck with how cute the younger looked. Jisung - and his adorableness - was to be protected at all costs.

Except, Jisung stopped being adorable.

Or: Five times Minho suppressed the desire brought to him by Jisung's muscles, and the one time he didn't.

“You’re staring again.”

Minho didn’t bother taking his eyes off of Jisung as he shrugged, no longer caring if he got caught. He been snapping his gaze away for months, every time Changbin pointed it out, but Minho decided a few days ago that it didn’t matter. Jisung was famous, he was used to people staring at him. Minho’s eyes wouldn’t make any difference.

“He never notices anyway,” Minho mumbled, his fingers closing around the compact he had been rooching through his makeup bag for. He pulled it out and finally returned his attention to Changbin, dusting the light powder across his friend’s pretty skin as Changbin frowned at him. “Don’t look at me like that.”

“Your crush on him, it’s not…” Changbin trailed off, searching for the right word as Minho grabbed an eyeshadow pallet and a small brush. “It’s not healthy.”

“I know,” Minho packed a dark shadow on the brush as Changbin closed his eyes, tilting his face upwards. Minho drew the shadow across his lash line, forcing himself to focus on the task at hand and not Jisung’s laughter as it echoed around the small waiting room. “He doesn’t even know my name.”

Spoiler: He’s very successful this time around.

This is not a love story. Or, well, it’s not supposed to be. It’s a simple thing, really—a simple deal. It goes like this: Han Jisung seduces Lee Minho into drinking an entire bottle of chili sauce, and Hwang Hyunjin will be his date to Homecoming.

No one thinks Jisung can do it, of course, but that’s exactly why Jisung wants to.

Or, a series of unfortunate events wherein Jisung fails spectacularly at fulfilling his objective, and maybe grows a giant gay crush on Lee Minho along the way.

Minho has spent every Valentine's Day alone up until this year. Jisung wants to make up for that.

One of Minho's biggest secrets: He never sleeps around. He's never had sex. He's never even come before—and he's never wanted to.

(...)At least, that's what he thought. It's only after he and Jisung kiss for the first time that he realizes he may have thought wrong.

(in other words: Minho has never gotten off before, and his best friend shows him how.)

Jisung lost his art in Korea, and he leaves because he wants to find it again. He thinks, after three months of hopping around the world, that he might find it here.

(And he does.)

Or, the AU where Jisung is an artist searching the world for a muse, and he finds it in the boy playing with the petals that erupt from Mount Irazú.

He’s about to look away, or he’s telling himself he’s about to look away, when Jisung’s gaze darts over to him. Minho feels himself begin to blush from having been caught staring this time around, but the embarrassment is softened when Jisung smiles quietly—not a smirk or anything that screams he’ll be teasing Minho later on. Just a placid smile that makes Minho’s nonsensical heart miss a beat.

“Hyung.” Minho glances back to Felix who has an eyebrow raised. “You’re staring at Jisung.”

“I’m not,” Minho laughs, “I looked over to see who was at the door, that’s all.”

Felix says nothing more but Minho can read the amusement in his expression so he pulls himself up off of the couch and goes in search of something to drink in the kitchen, hoping to calm down from Felix’s obnoxious insight.

Loving people comes naturally to Minho. He’s never considered himself to be particularly reserved when giving up his time and energy and all the love he has to offer but accepting it in return is something he struggles with. Enter Jisung, far out of Minho’s comfort zone and, if he's being honest, meant to be a one-time thing.

Jisung is difficult to crack, but for some reason, Minho feels like he’s known him for longer than a lifetime. Falling into his orbit is easier than breathing, being around him is second nature, and loving him is so difficult, it makes his chest ache.

--

In which Minho learns a thing or two about love, and how easy it is to be loved in return.

Minho has spent the past few days stuck in his dorm, sick and lonely, so Jisung takes it upon himself to kiss him better.

(And suck his dick.)

“Seungmin, as my best friend, I need you to kill me now,” Jisung panted, back pressed against the recently slammed door of their shared dorm room. “This is a crisis.”

-

“Imayhavewalkedinonthehottestguyevertakingashower.”

“You what now?”

“I walked in on someone in the showers! And he was super hot! And I need to be dead now so I don’t have to deal with it!”

Minho climbed out of the car and stretched, lifting his arms above his head and working out the kinks in his back. His t-shirt rode up as he reached for the sky and a sudden wolf whistle startled him. He tugged the cotton back down over his stomach and glanced around for the perpetrator.

It was a boy two cars up from his own and one lane over, hanging out the passenger side window and clearly checking Minho out.

“Show’s over already?” he pouted as Minho crossed his arms over his chest and glared. “Shame.”

“Stop ogling me,” Minho huffed.

“Stop being so ogle-able.”

jisung likes minho’s thighs. the group has a movie night. things escalate, and jisung ends up feeling a lot more than he bargained for.

Minho’s weight was pushed up against Jisung, his hand caught in the middle as it rubbed harshly against Jisung’s stomach where his garter belt was pressed against the inside of his shirt. Jisung could feel the friction between his skin and the lace and he felt Minho pause his movements. His eyes darted up to Minho’s face, hoping he would just ignore the imprint of the garter belt against his shirt.

Jisung gulped audibly as Minho turned to look at him with a sharp inhale. Minho’s eyes widened slightly in surprise and suddenly, Jisung couldn’t breathe, something feeling caught in his throat as he waited in apprehension for Minho to expose him.

He knew.

Or, Jisung secretly likes feeling pretty in lingerie and Minho finds out.

Jisung is an aspiring law enforcement investigator in his third year of college studying Behavioral Psychology. Despite the existential crisis looming over him in his every waking moment, one of his classes entails a mandatory internship component that he must complete if he is to pass the course. Taking Jisung’s career objectives in mind, his professor’s TA assigns him to a nonprofit that works with delinquents and troubled youth. There he meets Minho, a headstrong, feisty young thief and certified troublemaker. Jisung enters his life when he least wants anyone bothering him, and against all odds or maybe thereof, Jisung falls deeply in love with that permanent frown on his face.

Jisung wakes up to an unfamiliar ceiling, ready to leave his one night stand without a word, but something keeps stopping him. Despite knowing it's best not to get attached, a day of domestic bliss with Minho turns into something more.

My attempt at a fluffy 2 night stand fic.

Jisung isn’t dumb. When he signed the lease on his apartment, he knew the building was old and shitty, but he was prepared to deal with that. But the paper-thin walls and the neighbor who listens to EDM until 3 am without fail? He's entirely at a loss. When a roommate moves in on his other side, he's thrown off in a whole different way; he and Minho become fast friends, and then fast friends turns into... something more?

My first friends with benefits but are we really just friends attempt.

“You're new,” Jisung proclaims.

Minho snorts. “Am I?”

“Well, I've never seen you here before.”

“Because you know all of their wedding guests?”

Jisung has to laugh. “I know most of Hyunjin’s side,” he says.

“Well obviously I’m a friend of Seungmin’s.”

Jisung pauses to stare, eyes narrowing with curiosity. “Yeah,” he plays along. “But you’re new.”

Minho chuckles. “You keep saying that. What does that mean?”

“I mean that you’re new. Here. Today. New. I’ve experienced this wedding over thirty times now and—” his breath hitches because he really just said that out loud, but there’s an immediate flicker in Minho’s eyes that has him exhaling with relief.

“Oh. Well.”

Soulmate/Hanahaki AU-When you're born, you have a tattoo of the first words you will hear your soulmate say.

However, some people don't have tattoos. How does a blank canvas find their soulmate when a kiss seals the bond?

Minho's used to silence. He's used to the way the villagers avoid his eyes when they visit him asking for help, the way they look at him with fear and distrust when they think he can't see. He's used to his world being the sprawling garden within the old ivy-covered iron fence and the familiar warmth of the cottage. He's used to it just being him, his cats, and the old journals.

It isn't until a villager somehow wanders into the garden despite the enchantments that he's faced with how unbearably isolated he's become, or how hard it is to open up to someone after years of being alone— or how freeing it is to know someone understands him.

-

Or, the one where Minho is a lonely village witch and Jisung is a plucky village boy who's determined to befriend him.

This was a joke. It was a joke, and Jisung was gonna wait out whatever clever punchline Minho had packed up his sleeve.

Minho remains, cocking his head to the side in challenge. He murmurs around the piece of candied popcorn held between his teeth, leaning closer, inviting.

“C’mon, Jisung,” Minho teases. “I thought you said you were hungry.”

Jisung realizes too late that the punchline doesn’t exist.

-

It’s Jisung’s first time off schedule in months, and he’s naturally anticipating the most boring day ever.

When Minho gets back to the dorms early, it turns into anything but.

When aspiring drummer Han Jisung packs up and leaves his hometown to go to college, he doesn’t expect the perfect opportunity to fall right into his hands.

A band in desperate need of a drummer reaches out to him and he couldn’t be more excited to join.

Enter Lee Minho, the non-committal bassist who likes to play games with people. He sets his sights on Jisung, but what he doesn’t know, is Jisung loves to play games.

And Jisung is determined to beat Minho at his own game.

Minho extends his arm behind him, plucking out a sugar packet from its glass container. With his gaze locked on Jisung, he drops the packet onto the ground and makes a show of picking it up. He parades a full view of ass, subtly enhanced by the tightness of his jeans, and arches his back when returning to an upright position—all before inching closer in Jisung’s direction. While trailing his other hand down Jisung’s shoulder, Minho closes the gap, lips barely brushing on the shell of his ear.

“Excuse me,” he whispers, pressing the packet of sugar into Jisung’s free hand. “I think you dropped your name tag.”

or: Han Jisung, a young, rich, and awkward investment banker, becomes Minho's sugar daddy. All Minho has to do is pretend to be Jisung's boyfriend in return. Sounds simple enough, right?

Minho's always dreamed of meeting his soulmate, especially when Jisung's name appeared on his wrist at the age of four. On his tenth birthday, however, Jisung's name suddenly turned black, which could only mean one thing: his soulmate's heart stopped. After that, Minho's only purpose becomes saving people, so he decides to dedicate his life to becoming a good doctor.

Jisung, on the other hand, always had the fear of rejection, because he felt that he wasn't enough for his soulmate - loud, ugly, suffering from strong anxiety and having to get his heart checked twice a year. Who on Earth could love him?

(Alt: Minho is a med student who has to spend two weeks working at the hospital as a nurse. Jisung is there for his yearly health-checkup. Oh, but Minho doesn't know Jisung was never dead.)

ft. Hyunjin, Chan and Changbin being the best and most supportive friends.

Jisung leaves his hometown for the first time to study in Seoul. In his backpack are two secrets he already kept carrying around for a while.

Never he would have thought that he'd reveal his secrets to anyone or even find love in a boarding house, out of all places.

The fluffy Misung laser tag au that nobody needed (but also everyone needed don’t @ me)

Minho had just finished lugging the last box into his new apartment when a knock came at the door. All he wanted to do was flop down on the floor and not move for the next five years, but another knock came, a little more insistent.

“Coming,” Minho mumbled, pushing a hand through his sweaty hair as he threw open the door.

Nothing could have prepared him for the sight on the other side.

“Hello,” the boy standing there smiled sheepishly at Minho, clutching a bath towel around his waist. He wore nothing else and it took everything Minho had to keep his eyes on the stranger’s face and not on his honey gold abs. “I know this is weird, but could I use your shower?”

jisung likes music and staying mostly indoors on youtube and his ideal time outside is time spent sitting down relaxing. so naturally, when he agrees to play some friendly soccer with hyunjin and felix, it all goes very wrong.

or: maybe jisung should thank hyunjin and felix because he doesn’t know it but the incredibly attractive doctor checking out his ankle thinks he looks really cute when he blushes.

Jisung has always dreamed of going to college. Moving away, the classes, and the exams - it was all a part of his fantasy, since he started middle school. But the thing that he was most looking forward to was a college roommate. Staying up sharing secrets and treating each other to meals, it was the type of bond that Jisung had been missing out on his entire life.

It was really a shame that Lee Minho was kind of a dick.

•••

"Hyung have you ever showered with someone else?"

"I'm doing it now."

"No, I mean before."

"Yeah when I was a back-up dancer, every time."

"Weren't you ashamed? Awkward or something?"

"Are you ashamed now Jisung?"

•••

aka when Jisung had to face his crush in the shower

It took a couple of rings, but Minho really could have used more time to prepare himself emotionally as Jisung finally picked up the phone with a sleepy “hey baby~”

And Minho, well, he almost dropped his phone on the spot, heart skipping a beat.

Minho's roommate has a nickname for him, it seems. A nickname that really, really does something to Minho's emotions.

Even though he’s been very, very good about not acting on it, Minho can’t deny that thinking about kissing Jisung as often as he does probably Means Something on its own.

Five times Minho thinks about kissing Jisung, and one time when it actually happens.

"Hi, how can I help you this evening?" Jisung's exchanging his practiced customer-service greeting almost robotically before his brain even catches up to what's going on.

The guy's wearing a long coat and his ears are cherry red from the cold, but he's kind of cute. Well, more than that, Jisung just has an inferiority complex and immediately doesn't like the fact that he's handsome.

"I'm going to pre-apologize for my blatantness," the customer leans forward slightly and tucks his hands in the pockets of his coat, "but could you write 'fuck you' on a cake?"

Minho's plans to have a relaxing day off are foiled when Jisung enters the picture, determined to gain his attention.

Jisung blinks at him, shock all over his face. Minho looks down at where his wrist is held loosely in Jisung’s grasp. He could pull himself out, if he wanted to.

“I’m sorry—You have trouble with that?” His mouth hangs open in disbelief, eyes wide, “You mean to tell me there’s not a line of people who want to sleep with you?”

"Nope."

Alternatively: Shitty exes and fake dating lead to perhaps the best night of Minho's life.

“Jisung, you better have a damn good reason for being late this time.”

“Uh…” Jisung mutters as he brainstorms. “Oh! I just met the love of my life. You know those rom-com running late scenes? Well it legit happened to me, so say hello to my future husband!” Jisung pulls the boy out from behind him and pushes him forward. The poor guy looks completely flustered, cheeks red as he holds onto the painting as if it is the only thing grounding him to the earth.

Professor Cha raises an eyebrow, addressing the boy. “Does Jisung even know your name?”

The boy shakes his head and Jisung pouts. “Aw, come on, that’s not fair!”

“Jisung, go sit down,” his professor says, sighing.

“Mhm, one minute.” Jisung digs around in his bag and pulling out a big purple marker. He pushes up the boy’s sleeve and scribbles his number across the entirety of his forearm in the plum colored ink.

“Don’t forget to call me, babe,” Jisung chirps, capping the pen and grabbing his painting from the boy’s limp arms, walking to his seat.

welcome to the lonely hearts club ;

a safe space for those who want to talk about heartbreak, crushes, and anything of the sort. everything that’s said and/or posted on this blog is kept on this blog, and will not be distributed without proper consent.

my name is min. how can i help?

an au where lee minho runs the lonely hearts club, a blog where the young, lonely, broken hearts of the world can gather, talking to him about their relationships, their crushes, their heartbreak.

enter han jisung, a young boy who's crushing on the sweetheart of the cheerleading team at his rivalling school, lee minho. he takes to the internet, looking for solutions for his lovesickness when he stumbles across the lonely hearts club.

“I said I kind of told my mom and Chaerin that you and I are dating.” Minho can’t look at him.

“Oh my god, so you are in love with me!”

Minho, panicking, whips his head around to look Jisung in the face. He sports a wide, shit-eating grin that Minho would very much like to knock off his face. The tips of Minho’s ears burn but he hopes his hair hides it.

“I am not in love with you,” he growls through gritted teeth. “I just wanted my mom off my back. I also told her you were coming to the cabin for Christmas but don’t worry, you don’t have to.”

“Oh no, I’m coming.”

“You are not coming.”

“I am absolutely without a doubt coming to the cabin for Christmas and you cannot stop me. I have the power of god and your mother on my side.”

“You’re enjoying this way too much. It’s not happening.”

“We’ll see, babe.”

“Don’t call me that.”

in which minho put his foot in his mouth and has to pretend to date his lifelong best friend lest he lose his money and his pride

Jisung could feel the tip of his hands go numb as his ear flicked. The boy Jisung held in his arms was unmistakably one of the most dangerous predators known to his kind, maybe even the top predator of any prey. His roommate, beneath the cuddly sweaters and polite demeanor...

...was a snake.

ft. accidental cuddling and Jisung's overly active imagination (and equally overprotective friends)

Minho has had a curse of horrible neighbors for years, and one Han Jisung moving into the apartment next door doesn't change that fact. He makes Minho miserable, from the near-constant stench of weed to a never-ending string of inconveniences. Minho wants nothing to do with him, but a next-door neighbor isn't the easiest thing in the world to avoid, especially when he's so persistent.

Jisung worms his way into Minho's life, for better or for worse - and maybe he's not so awful. Maybe he's exactly what Minho needs.

The stranger looked amused, but to Jisung’s surprise, he didn’t see any pity in his dark eyes.

He looked hungry. The look was enough to shut Jisung up.

The stranger slid closer to him, his lips curling up into a cat-like little grin. “I could help you with that.”

“With what - my shitty friends?”

He leaned in, his lips bushing the shell of Jisung’s ear as he spoke. “With getting laid.”

When he pulled back, he was still grinning. He reached up, pinching Jisung’s cheek between two fingers. “You’re even cuter when you blush, you know.”

-----

A classic strangers-to-friends-with-benefits-to-lovers fic, probably too trope-y and not smutty enough oops.

“—I mean, uh, you don’t have to check it out, if you don’t want to,” Jisung is saying, his hand on the back of his neck as he tries not to bend under the pressure of Minho’s gaze. “It’s just a suggestion, obviously if you’re not into anime or whatever you don’t have to, it’s fine, no pressure.”

“Oh,” Minho manages, finally, and Jisung clamps his mouth shut, putting an end to his rambling. Minho’s trying very hard to think whether he’s ever said anything along the lines of cishets deserve to be oppressed to Jisung, but he’s been spending too much time with Hyunjin to be able to say he definitely hasn’t. “It’s, uh, I’ll check it out.”

(or, in which jisung has a terrible way with words and accidentally makes minho think he's straight.)

Minho tried not to watch as Jisung climbed into his violently red car in front of him, wishing desperately that their suits weren’t moulded to their bodies. The tight red material pulled against Jisung’s torso, revealing a defined back and no doubt a defined front as well.

He is not attracted to cute rookies. He is not attracted to cute rookies. He is-

(. . . .)

Its been a year since the infamous Lee Know wiped out at a state F1 competition, and since then, he hasn't won a single race. It is crucial for both him and his manager, Kim Seungmin, that he makes it to the Monaco Grand Prix, or he could be out of business for good.

Han Jisung is a monster rookie; he hasn't lost a race since he first started at the beginning of the year, but the hard work he puts into his wins is often not even credited to him. Chan, his mentor, was a legend, meaning the media claim that he is the reason for Jisung's success. Jisung wants to win the Monaco Grand Prix, and prove he is his own racer.

When the two racers collide at the American Preliminaries, things get... interesting. Jisung can only hope this is sorted out by the finals, or he is well and truly screwed. Spoiler: He is well and truly screwed.

Minho's insomnia isn't a medical condition.

Actually, he's hardly sure he can even call it insomnia at all, considering it isn't something he's dealt with all his life like Chan. Chan has learned to live with his insomnia, meaning he functions perfectly fine on the days he gets an hour of sleep. Minho's, on the other hand, is periodic, and caused by a very materialistic thing.

A very materialistic thing that just happens to be in the room two doors down the hall, most likely awake if Minho's observational patterns are correct. Not awake for the same reason as Minho, though. No, Minho is awake because his brain is going something like, food, Jisung, exercise, Jisung, I'm hungry, Jisung, Jisung, Jisung--

Jisung.

“Holy shit!” Jisung’s hand tightened around Seungmin’s arm, his fingers digging into the soft flesh as he gasped. “Oh my god.”

“What’s happening?” Seungmin glanced around, but he didn’t see anything out of the ordinary. Just a bunch of sleep deprived college kids making their way to class, a typical Monday morning scene.

“It’s him,” Jisung’s voice shook with excitement and his eyes were wide, blown with shock. “Mr. October!”

“From your weird sexy calendar?” Seungmin took another look around the courtyard, trying to find a familiar face. The calendar had been hanging in their shared dorm room, open to October, for the better part of two years. Jisung had quite a thing for the October model, and nearly bit Seungmin’s head off the first year when he made the mistake of switching it to November.

Jisung discovered he was maybe a lot in love with Minho during a livestream, which, objectively speaking, is probably the Single Worst Ever Way to realise you’re in love.

(or, Minho makes Jisung’s heart go doki doki and he’s not quite sure how to cope.)

AU where Jisung's soon-to-be-boyfriend never showed up for their date; thankfully, someone else did.

[Based on a Tumblr prompt that has been used literally a billion times: person A has been stood up by their boyfriend on date night and person B appears out of nowhere and saves the day.]

Minho is stressed. He needs to focus on studying and not the boy across from him. More accurately, not whatever was sitting in between the boy's legs.

If anyone asked, Minho claims it looked at him first.

Jisung's muscles make Minho realize some things about himself.

Minho was just picking flowers in his garden, minding his own business, when his life changed forever.

A strange boy stepped out of the woods behind Minho’s house, his hair an unnatural orange and a woven basket full of plants dangling from his wrist. A squirrel was perched on his shoulder and it appeared the boy was talking to it, giggling lightly as he crossed towards the street.

He must have felt Minho’s gaze on him because he suddenly turned, offering Minho a bright smile and a cute little wave.

The surge of want that hit Minho was so strong he shocked himself, bluebells tumbling from numb fingers as he continued to stare. If the boy was off put by Minho strange reaction, he didn’t show it, just gave one last smile before disappearing down the road.

Jisung doesn’t fuck with virgins. He doesn’t. He would never. Right?

Maybe he does. Maybe Minho is the exception.

Virgins were dangerous. Jisung doesn’t fuck with virgins—

but Minho was clearly the exception.
