- Sometimes life really isn't short
- Holding a grudge can ruin your life
- People you wouldn't expect to see come to wakes/funerals to offer their condolences
- I love my family, warts and all
- Though I love my family that doesn't mean I like some of them
- The funeral is harder than the wake
- The service at the cemetary is harder than everything else
- I will never disown a family member
- My brother Chuck and his family are one of my greatest blessings in life
- Everyone thinks my husband is a great guy
- My husband is truly my rock
- Though this week was one of the most emotionally draining, frightening and saddest of my life I had a lot of really wonderful moments
- I don't ever want to become my mother

- I am so lucky to have so many people in my life that love me
