- It's "caramelized onions" not "carmelized onions", as I have been saying. oops.
- I have an Irish temper - angry in an instant, over it just as quickly - and I'm ok with that.
- Though money doesn't come easily to me, it does eventually come...so I need to chill out.
- I need to also chill out with regard to my parents. They are really not that bad to have at the house-J is right...I've been overreacting.
