• Coffee Power Nap: for those days you need to use your brain
    • Step 1 : Drink a cup of coffee pretty quickly. (8oz of brewed coffee has about 163mg of caffeine)
    • Step 2 : Take a nap for 15 - 20 minutes. It’s OK if you don’t fully fall asleep. Also, the key is that you actually wake up and get out of bed within 20 minutes because any longer than that and you risk falling into a deeper stage of sleep, which would ruin everything.
    • Step 3 : Wake up and get to work!
  • Almond Aspirin: take 10-12 almonds for headaches
  • Grape Juice: for migraine
  • Dark Armpits: scrub potato insides
  • Sleeping Early: an hour back each night
