- finding tadpoles and turtles at the nature center with amanda
- driving downtown with brian and skipping across boulders at the lakefront
- circumnavigating the fountain in bare feet
- shish kebabs and pita for dinner at a persian restaurant
- roasting marshmallows at tamur's campfire and watching the glowing embers and floaty red sparks (like fireflies)
- bike ride around wirth park and down holly lane and all around coach house
- walking along pewaukee beach and then on the backroad - doing cartwheels in the grass, attempting to climb trees, scrambling up a willow that leaned over a lake, finding its trunk drenched in glue (or something?)
- the lightning storm from across the lake
- driving 60 down a narrow windy road with my hand out the window
- sitting atop the hill at mitchell park, watching the lightning and talking
