IF YOU INTEND TO BUY MERCH FROM ME, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU DM:

  #1: COMMUNICATION. The number one rule is be responsive. Communication is very important in establishing trust with me, and helps ensure that both of us are happy with our transaction. Obviously I don't expect you to be online 24/7, but please be attentive and respond as soon as you can. DO NOT GHOST ME. I try my best to be considerate of your circumstances, so please be respectful of my time in return.

  ON-HAND SALES:

    • All current items on sale are in brand-new condition. I carefully store my merch using as much of the original packaging as possible. Please note that if there are any minor defects or surface scratches on unopened merch, it most likely originated from the manufacturing condition and therefore I am not responsible.
    • Feel free to inquire about any items you are interested in via DM on Twitter. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns, even if you end up deciding not to buy anything from me.
    • Please be 100% committed to your decision once you confirm your purchase with me. There's no shame in changing your mind if you can't afford it, but I expect buyers to make personal considerations prior to the payment confirmation stage. Please buy responsibly within your own budget.
    • Payment is due upfront. Previously claimed items that remain unpaid after 7 days will be re-listed for purchase. I will do my best to accommodate reasonable circumstances at my discretion, but I retain my right to terminate a transaction and/or refuse to conduct business as I see fit.

  PRE-ORDERS/SPLITS:

    • Contact me via DM on Twitter to express your interest in participating in any of my merch pre-orders/splits. No hard feelings if you decide not to go through, but please explicitly inform me whether you intend to claim the item(s) or not.
    • Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer during the pre-order period. It will take time for the items to be delivered to me, and there may be delays in the manufacturing and shipping processes that are outside of my control. I will do my best to keep you updated if there are any changes, so please be patient.
    • Please respect any bundle requirements. I may provide a discount for some items that require bundles.
    • You may cancel your claim at any time before I request payment. Since I will charge one payment total (including domestic shipping), this means I won't hold you accountable for your claims until I physically receive the items; however, please be 100% committed when making claims. Multiple last-minute cancellations will negatively impact my desire to sell to you in the future.
    • Payment is due once I receive the items. I will invoice you once I've confirmed that all of your items have arrived safely. Invoiced items that remain unpaid after 7 days will have their claims canceled and be re-listed for purchase.

  PAYMENT:

    • All transactions are conducted via PayPal.
    • Prices are listed in USD and include the original item price, international shipping, and any additional fees between the manufacturer and myself. Prices do NOT include PayPal fees or domestic shipping from me to you.

  SHIPPING:

    • Bundle shipping is available for both in-stock and pre-order items. Just be sure to let me know in advance so that I can set aside your items to ship them together.
    • Domestic shipping (USA) starts at $4 with tracking. Items will be shipped via USPS First-Class. Please let me know in advance if you would like to request an alternate shipping method.
    • Unfortunately, I do not currently offer international shipping (outside of the United States). I may possibly consider expanding my shipping options in the future, but international shipping is not available at the moment.

  REFUND POLICY:

    • My blanket policy is that all sales are FINAL; however, in exceptionally rare cases I may be able to grant full or partial refunds if I have not shipped your package yet. Please reach out to me as soon as possible regarding your situation so that I can try to accommodate you.
    • I am not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by the post office. Once I ship your package, it is completely out of my hands. I cannot offer any compensation for circumstances outside of my control.
