- 1st: Tired and bored. Day #3 of pd.
- 2nd: Feel like a blob. Need new clothes that aren't raggedy. C'mon, it's the 4th day of this...slow down! Amazing nighttime thunderstorm!
- 3rd: Irritable and grumpy. Beginning of the dog days of summer.
- 4th: Hot dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, honey watermelon...yum! Small town fireworks display...same ol' stuff, but better than nothing.
- 5th: Still irritable and grumpy. Watching YouTube to ease anxiety. Didn't sleep well last night until after taking ibuprofen for sinus/tooth pain. Slept without blanket.
- 6th: So hot!! What is up with this bad mood? Another night without the blanket.
- 7th: I want to write, but I just end up staring at a blank screen.
- 8th: A new story? A glimmer of hope. Missed valley farm fireworks. Funny chaser adventure on YouTube. 47 round bales from the ridge.
- 9th: Still bouncing around a new story idea. Annoyed. Frustrated. Irritable.
- 10th: Monday. Enough said.
- 11th: Guess the weird side pain wasn't related to my cycle. Still wonder what it was.
- 12th: Flea collars for son's dogs. Hoagies!
- 13th: Severe Thunderstorm Watch. Disappointed.
- 14th: Cleaned the camper.
- 15th: I guess you don't want the lava cake, after all! Seriously, woman, why are you obsessed with mowing the yard so often?!
- 16th: I gave you what you wanted, and this is the thanks that I get? A missed supper? Wow, I wonder why you don't get what you want more often?! New (to him) haybine. Should've kept the original haybine from the stockyard sale, so he'd have had a spare. I still miss that thing!
- 17th: Hello, air conditioner! :) Goodbye, clear view of backyard bird feeders! :( Rainstorm at farm pond this evening!
- 18th: Add one new (to him) hay tedder, and for about $200 less than the original asking price! Nice seller who, from the way it sounded, started out in much the same way.
- 19th: Why bother baking a cake and making homemade ice cream for someone who can't bother to come home? Paid bills.
- 20th: Decluttered a bit. Ordered sheep/goat wall art. Chocolate pudding cake made from scratch served warm with homemade peanut butter ice cream - yum! Plus, a clean kitchen!
- 21st: Cleaned camper. PD1.
- 22nd: Hay on the Knob. PD2.
- 23rd: Sunday ride! PD3. New outdoors "that time of month" experience.
- 24th: Hay on the Knob again. PD4. Side pain. Two BMs. Gas.
- 25th: PD5.
- 26th: Hay on the Knob done today. PD6.
- 27th: W/S to O.C. New sheep halters!
- 28th: Sheep on halters during pen cleaning.
- 29th: Typical Saturday.
- 30th: Yummy chocolate peanut butter layered dessert!
- 31st: New flea collar. Sheep minerals. Groceries. W/S coming home today.
