i text, talk and write in a different way to every person.

for example, on this site, i write in a professional yet informal first person since it's easiest for me to write in.

if we are friends... it's quite jarring to see me write like this as i would never do so through private messaging (it's a bit too formal for friendly banter).

on a similar topic, i've come to adapt a critical attitude towards conversations of interest.

with the evolution of the internet came the idea of less critical thinking and more "affirmative" attitudes which i don't blame anyone for in this day and age, but it's caused a lot of backwards conversating that often lead to nowhere, or the same usual consensus.

in short, people are less likely to be opinionated and agree with the majority in a conversation.

it also baffles me that text like this tends to get flagged as AI by today's machines. what a world.
