This method is using official Baidu Downloader and change the language to English:

• Go to https://pan.baidu.com to download Baidu Downloader.
• Install Baidu Downloader (they don't do something harm afaik, so just click next button).
• Login with your Baidu or other account that supported.
• Next step is change Baidu Downloader resource with English language. Download latest version of English resource on this link (usually on comment section): https://tricksty.com/resources/baidu-pan-cloud-desktop-app-english-translation

They already mentioned how to use the resource on their website, but in case still confuse:

• extract english resource file.
• just in case, back up both old skin folder & resource file.
• copy & paste new files to this path ----> C:\Users\[USERS]\AppData\Roaming\baidu\BaiduNetdisk
