when we're apart

• text him throughout the day so he has a cheerful message or two waiting for him when he gets done with a long day of work
• tell him every little detail of my day so there'll be something to talk about each night
• put up with his hate for facebook (and therefore, his hate for replying to messages/wall posts)
• put up with his lack of phone etiquette
  • him not calling/answering his phone for six days (that's the record)
  • answering the phone, half-asleep, when he decides to call at 2:30 am

when we're together

• help him clean/do laundry
• sneak hug him from behind
• tell him i love him all the time
• leave him little ♥s on sticky notes
• help him pack/move
• surprise kisses!
• make him breakfast/lunch/dinner
• occasionally take him to dinner (:
• let him substitute stuff in his order at work (don't tell my boss!)
• burn him cds/send him songs i think he'd like
• hold him while he's sleeping
• walk him to class, even if it means getting up four hours before my first class
• spend the night, even if it means waking up earlier to make it to work on time
