- limit internet time to work, current events, email
- STOP getting hooked on celebrities and tv shows
- think and act purposefully
- wake up early, sleep early
- read, eat, live, breathe work
- start a journal and keep it updated
- devote time to working for goals
- learn more recipes to feed self with
- avoid vices
- find a form of exercise you can stick to daily
- learn to clear the mind of clutter
- learn not to take self too seriously
- don't make resolutions you can't keep.
