- 01 - woke up around 4AM. went back to sleep a while later and woke up at 9. watched some justice league then ate and then walk/ran to the bus stop and tried to catch the bus to watch rise of the guardians at 11:15. we got in at 11:24, but thank whoever for previews. i really like watching previews though so it was still a disappointment, but we didn't miss the opening so it's all good. yeah, the movie was good and i love jack frost and mindy was kid-like and adorable for crying when she thought the sandman died and other parts when it seemed like pitch was going to win. went to michael's after that for isabel to buy some stuff and i got more ribbon. i've gotten like 4 new spools of ribbon this week and that's more than enough for the entire year :\ especially considering all of the ribbon i already have but. sale. went to the library for batman coloring pages and dvds and then went to half priced books and got some comics! that was great. caught the bus and made it home a little past 4. ate and then watched what's your number co-starring CHRIS EVANS (captain america) with many nude scenes and yeah, really great. ate some more and watched two episodes of teen wolf (season 1), then rewatched the first one again with cast commentary. yes. i'm tired.
- 02 - chua. went to lion dance practice for the first time in months; worked out for the first time in months. david wasn't there.
- 03 - school. did an in-class write for senior english. ehh. took my pieces of ceramic home after tutorial.
- 04 - i hate waking up. went to bed at 5 and had an alarm that i slept through and didn't wake up until 7 10 so didn't have time to take a shower. it was gross. tried to make snowflakes with my sisters at night but i am such a mess.
- 05 - went to school, went home and ate, went to sleep for hours, stayed in bed and watched bachelorette the movie and felt miserable.
- 06 - normal school day then worked on some more crafts stuff with mindy and isabel because i got a pack of oil pastels and then passed out on the couch after my mum got home.
- 07 - woke up at 5 and did stuff and then finally worked on my essay at 6 30. finished it up at 7 15, and submitted it 10 mins before the deadline. skipped 1st - 3rd because i hadn't showered yet and i wanted to eat breakfast. got to school and it was assembly schedule so i was late but it was excused. turned in the hardcover copy in time and in 6th period, got my in class essay back with an A grade. also got a cookie and a certificate for being an outstanding student because my teacher nominated me for my outstanding writing, leadership, and something else. went home at 1:30 cause i skipped the assembly then did stuff before picking up my sisters. read some fic and went to sleep at 6. slept for 12 hours.
- 08 - woke up at 6. it's saturday. i'm forgetting something again. watched the first half of young justice season one and then finished up the rest of the season the next couple of days.
- 09 - turned out that i forgot to do my take home test. yeah. stayed for lion dance practice. young justice. slept? idk.
- 10 - monday. skipped first to third. did school stuff and crafts.
- 11 - didn't sleep. tuesday. skipped first to third again.
- 12 - had a quiz for the bluest eye, which is the novel we're reading for english now. skipped 2nd period. went to sleep at like 2? and didn't wake up until 2 the next day so.
- 13 - skipped 7th; tam came home with her friend lindsey. thien says he can't be my friend even though i thought we were "better" but i guess that was insensitive of me or something idk. did an in-class write. went to best buy to return some stuff and then went to sears and got new tights and tees. went for safeway food afterwards and then bubble tea. played jenga while waiting for tam to be done hanging with her friends at 'cozy bubble tea' and got home and colored some batman coloring pages i printed off. #cool kid. ended the night by watching friends in the living room and sleeping on the couch.
- 14 - woke up at 5 30 for no reason. had a cool sub for the art classes and finished making a cup. hope it gets fired alright. did a group test thing for the bluest eye and idk, didn't like the format because it relied too heavily on the other people in my group. we had to do a response each and yeah. played an intense game of basketball and was all sweaty afterwards. checked out a camera for the weekend. went to watch brave with little sisters at the elementary, and then got home and talked to david for the first time since the thanksgiving party. going to a concert tmrrw and sleeping over at david's.
- 15 - what did i do on saturday? i don't remember. then i read my recap of friday and yeah, i went to a concert for the classic crime again. it ended around 11 40 and i even had spare time to enjoy the streets before picking up the bus. ended up not sleeping over at david's because i really didn't want to, and a guy asked me out for a drink after i got off the bus because he thought i was really cute. flattered in a creeped off way because no i don't drink water you doing it's midnight you can't do that.
- 16 - ate a joy palace in the morning with family minus dad and then went to temple. we had cake because we were celebrating december babies and what else? had to leave like 10 mins into lion dance practice 'cause dad picked me up at the wrong time.
- 17 - regular school day.
- 18 - went to periods 1 - 3 (what a plot twist!) and then got picked up by rebekah. went to the store then to her house. made a gingerbread house and watch the elf and the grinch while doing stuff like presents and drinking hot choco and eating chicken pot pie. then we went iceskating and then went back to my house and yes. date. she knitted me a hat.
- 19 - uhm. skipped 2nd, went to english classes and yeah. went home and ate and then slept all afternoon. i should stop liking tyler, yeah.
- 20 - went to ceramics and spent 90 minutes glazing one of my cups. will be able to get it in tutorial tmrrw so i can take it home! i hope it turns out nice. we got to go on a field trip to downtown seattle for photography class!!! looked at gingerbread houses at sheraton hotel and then walked around, got hot chocolate and just took photos. it was really great. we got excused from 5th period too. took a school bus to and from. i went home after that because i didn't want to got to gym and play basketball. pretty much just ate a sandwich and then slept. woke up around 5 and looking through pics. yeah. i have a lot of hw but screw it. sat around in the kitchen talking with tam for a while too. until after midnight and then played on her ipad, downloading angry birds.
- 21 - skipped first and second, then seventh period. in photography, mr burligame kept the lights off and had christmas lights hung up and we just got to work on our slideshows and look at pictures. it was nice. in fourth and sixth, ogimachi gave us cookies and we worked in groups and it was just fun. we had to reenact a modest proposal in five minutes for lit, so it was basically 50 min of frantic goofing off, and then we had a group quiz in eng, which i think didn't go so well because of christian, but me and val had a good time. 5th, we had a quiz that i think i bombed cause i only went to the class on monday. yes. ate curry after picking up little sisters with tam, and then went to ross for an hour (i passed out on a chair while tam was looking around) and ended up getting nothing. went home and then what? idk. probably went to sleep.
- 22 - woke up at 5, fml. stayed in bed until i got up to eat, and then tam didn't wake up until 11. parents left, we hung around until like 1 and then went to bell square to shop for stuff. we stayed there until 5 34 orz. got a shirt, skirt, coat, shoes, accessories, and some stamping paper for myself. also got froyo. we bought some other christmas shopping stuff. got this amazing gift for my dad. then we went to ross again to get a gym bag for my mum and then went to half priced books (bought a $25 gift card b/c you get a free $5 gift card when you do) and the library at crossroads for movies which is when my mom called, saying two of our cousins came over. were going to get sushi but went home instead and tam ate and talked with them while i watched tv. we ordered pizza that came around 9, after my cousins left, and had a movie night. watched mrs. doubtfire and license to wed.
- 23 - browsed on the internet after the movies, then went to sleep. woke up at 7:33. everyone is still sleeping and i'm going to skip showering because lion dance practice is gross anyways. 9AM to 3PM why. EDIT: lion dance practice got canceled because the space we normally use was occupied. i think i stayed home??
- 24 - went iceskating with the sisters! it was mindy's first time. went out for dinner with the fam and mom's coworker's fam afterwards at malay satay place. good food. parents + little sisters went to the coworker's place to party it up while tam&i ran around looking for places that were open for last minute xmas gifts. got stuff at ross then spent like an hour trying to find the coworker's house. it was on 164th street and we just kept driving around; it was ridic because i only remembered that the place had a red door and the way leading up to the house had a very slight left turn. it was a fun adventure though. we pulled up to like 3 houses and told isabel to open the door while we were creeping in the car and they were all the wrong house. one of them even had a lady come out while tam was trying to frantically back out of the driveway, lol. we passed one coddle sack like three times before we found someone that was just hanging around outside who gave us directions. we also stopped by a gas station at one point and got drinks. yes. fun times.
- 25 - stayed up really late handmaking giftcard envelopes, gift wrapping stuff, and watching iron man 2. i did most of the work while tam watched tv. she also made ramen for the both of us. passed out like at 3 or 4; woke up at 8? hung around before tam woke up with mindy and then opened presents!! went to safeway afterwards to pick up best buy giftcards and tried to drop off the gifts at cousins' house but that was a no show. went home and lazed before leaving a little past 3 to go to the family party in monroe. ate viet bbq, went on laptop, opened 2 more presents, texted, had a small slice of cake, spent like 6 hours on the laptop before going home at 11ish. got home and played on the laptop some more...
- 26 - isabel's 11th bday!!!!!! woke up early and did computer stuff then a few people came over. had cake, opened presents. then went to bell square with annie, isabel, mindy, lilian, tam, and angie. i got stationary stuff and lotion. went to eat sushi afterwards and it was like 80 dollars; ridiculous. stopped by a safeway afterwards. dropped the kids off home; isabel & mindy went to sleepover at annie's and tam&i went to half priced books again.
- 27 - ate pho with dad and tam for breakfast. skipped lion dance practice and did laundry with tam before running off and watching les miserables at crossroads @ 3 30. it was like past 6 by the time we got out so we went to half priced books and got some stuff, along with more movies from the library. went home and had hot chocolate with mindy & isabel while watching the princess diaries. went to sleep on the couch after reading fic.
- 28 - wow woke up at 9 47 and started getting ready to go iceskating!! left the house close to 11 and got tam to drive me and we thought we were lost for a while because our gps died and i only vaguely remembered the directions but we somehow made it there after 20 mins no prob?? it was a miracle. david's car arrived first, then mine, then henry's, then trung's, then kathy's. it was amazing because we all arrived within 5 mins of each other. such awesome timing. i gave david his xmas present while he was eating straight up peanut butter in his car, that weirdo. so people who went: david, lynda, giau, ha, henry, hiep, fritzie, kathy v, trung, brandon, tuan, kathy t, amy, me! we iceskated from like 11 40 until 2 45. then we went to eat teriyaki at the place right next to it. had the general taos lunch special and david left at 3 15 for work. was kind of eh with david because of reasons but talked a lot with trung, who i was sitting next to. he always smells really great. had henry on my other side and giau across; david was across from trung. everyone else left around 3 40; said bye to everyone then me and ha waited for tam to pick us up. got home and... made cookies? or tried to idk.
- 29 - saturday... what did i do? hadn't been sleeping nearly enough so i think i passed out for like 10 hours and woke up to "clean" for like 7 hours. and my cleaning entails a whole lot of sitting around and questioning my life so. it was detail cleaning so organized all my drawers and clothes and yeah. hardcore stuff. i think i only ate at 3 57PM before jumping into cleaning :/
- 30 - nhi-cleaned until 3?? ish?? slept w/o a blanket & the lights on; woke up several times during the night. horrible sleep. finally "got up" at 7, which was a whole lot of hating the world and reading fic and hating the lights. cleaned some more before showering and getting ready for lion dance practice. ha picked me up at 11 30, got there a little before 12 and did a whole lot of nothing for an hour and a half and then finally practiced until almost 5. went to oasis afterwards with henry, ha, giau, and hiep for bubble tea, fries, and popcorn chicken to celebrate henry's early birthday. we played jenga and loser had to do a dare. it was a lot of fun, but i lost 3 times. caught the bus with ha at 6 50 and then ran around being camwhores together until catching the second bus home. said bye to her on the bus since her stop was later than mine and then walked home. things are weird with me and david atm and don't even want to talk about thien.
- 31 - went to sleep around 4 and then woke up at 9. went back to sleep a little after noon; didn't wake up until 5. took a shower and watched running man until alice came to drop mindy off. talked with her in the living room while mindy and yuana played some more. ate after they went home and had milk tea with tapioca. read fic, archived stuff. and here i am. way to end the year.
