  • Checking my email and other personal sites more than 2x a day, unless needed
  • Not drinking enough water
  • Giving in to my sweet tooth (cakes, chocolates)
  • Awake beyond 10 pm (unless out and about)
  • Not eating enough fruits
  • Using the internet for more than hour
  • Avoid eating junk food and fried foods
