- Procrastinating.
- Checking my email and other personal sites more than 2x a day, unless needed
- Not drinking enough water
- Giving in to my sweet tooth (cakes, chocolates)
- Awake beyond 10 pm (unless out and about)
- Not eating enough fruits
- Using the internet for more than hour
- Avoid eating junk food and fried foods
