- 02 ~ yahooooo today was a good day :) (5 min HIIT, 7 min arms, 10 min abs, 15 legs; 47 min in total). I'm in good shape now, so I don't need to keep losing weight, I think. I wont stop doing exercise tho ~ but I'll keep updating this? Who knows! :)
- 06 ~ I had a productive day, so I was in a really good mood for excercise. 11 min HIIT, 11 min abs, 7 arms. Almost 30 min :)
- 14 ~ I exercised a little. The other day I did it for 30 min, but I forgot to write about it here. My back hurts a little, so I'll take some time to feel better.
- 19 ~ I did 1 hr and 10 minutes, yay! It's amazing to see and feel my body a lot more toned, slender and lighter. And the most important thing, now I recognize my own strenght while exercising <3 and my back feels better! :)

- I've been feeling sad since my cat's death, so I didn't do any workout

- ✔ I did nothing at all. Along with the death of my pet and my father leaving the house, in addition to having injured my leg terribly, I have no desire (both mentally and physically) to exercise. Still, they tell me I'm thinner. //
